Veayva Shower Commode Wheelchair Folding and Reclining Design for adults, light weight and alluminium frame

I bought this item in June '26. It was nice only. But yesterday it broke below the handle side. Welding cannot be done for this because this is made of Aluminium. Can you please exchange the item or repair the same.

I purchased a wheelchair from Amazon, and within just 4 months, it has become unusable. The wheels are damaged, alignment is off, and rotation is not working properly. All the claims made on the product page were misleading. Most frustrating is the lack of proper after-sales support — no customer care number, no service info, nothing. If free service is not possible, at least guide us on where to get paid repair support. This is unacceptable, especially for a medical product. Amazon must ensure better support for such high-value items. Very disappointed with this horrible experience. Please resolve this urgently.

Bought this for bathing my father who has recovered post stroke so wheel is locked and kept in bathroom only.Fit for my purpose and have good quality after one month use.The locking bar on one side after unfolding was not aligned and was not locking and initially thought to return but few bangs with hammer sorted it.Wheel lock works well once the person sits (without weight the chair will move if pushed).Overall good quality

Could get it @7K with bank offer.Very good product with followingPositive Points :1. Superb build quality2. Brilliantly designed, as a mech. engineer, I Could judge that better.3. Both front and rear wheels quality good4. Material (Alluminum) quality is very good. Pipe thickness optimized to make it sturdy but still light weight5. Due to chrome finish got confused, but checked with magnet to confirm Alluminum.6. All fitting nut bolts and self locking and chrome / zinc nickel plated.7. Though light weight, very sturdy8. Back resting is with tilt adjustment9. Locks to avoid unwanted folding of chair10. Foldable foot rest11. Due to alluminum material it must be suitable for shower12. Wheel fitting a d weld (brazing) quality is very good.13. Good designed to fold and carry during travelling.14. Bucket quality is also good.15. Bolts tips are also covered with plastic soft caps to avoid harm to user / scratches while handlingNegative points :1. So far no such negative point at this price range2. Not sure about fasteners rust prevention quality, when to be used for showerWill add negative points as and when find any...

There is the problem of overturning of commode wheel chair while the patient is made to sit on it. Other feature are proper.

this is a very good sturdy chair on wheels, perfect for bathroom and also when not used for bathroom, serves as a comfortable chair too..... must for all seniors

The chair is very flimsy and not durable. This is the second chair I bought in last 4 months. After a month the wheel starts getting loose and super wobbly and I had to buy a second one as I was scared that while the person sitting on it the wheel might break and she might have a fall. It’s been 1+ month for second chair and the wheels of that also is quite wobbly now. Very disappointed with the quality. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Seat is soft cushion and overall product is good can put it in the trunk of ignis
