I typically take Vitamin D in large amounts to get enhanced benefits for bone strength and immune strength. this formulation includes vitamin K which enhances the absorption of calcium in your system. These are high strength capsules with 5000 units of D in a small and easy to swallow capsule. As with any vitamin product it takes some time for the benefits to be felt however with these products they seem to have better effectiveness than my previous brand and I find myself not having to take as much to get the full benefit. The price is good for a premium product and the developers seem to have put a lot of thought into the formulation. I am fussy about my supplements and always buy the best that I can find. The known benefits of Vitamin D are many and it is essential for your good health. Yes, you can get slightly cheaper D capsules in Costco but that is false economy, as overall it will take more to get the same benefit. I love this company and all their products are top-shelf. Don't shortchange your health. I will buy these again.

These are quality vitamins in my opinion. I believe I feel the effects of this product.

My doctor told me 2 years ago that I should start taking D3. I am 47 and normally do not take supplements (not because I don't want to, I just forget to take them.) I have a hard time swallowing larger tablets so I have been avoiding it. The Smarter Nutrition D3 are small gel tabs and super easy to swallow - in fact, I can swallow both at once. I am very pleased with these! I have not really noticed any physical changes since I started taking them, but I'm not really sure how they would manifest because I was under the impression that D3 is supposed to help with bone density. I haven't broken any bones lately though so I'll take it as a good sign, ha ha. These supplements are supposed to be formulated for better absorption, which I am also pleased with. Definitely makes me feel like I am getting a lot for not having to spend much $$. I would definitely recommend these.

So far I have really enjoyed this vitamin D3 and K2 combo. The absorption feels quick, and the 5,000 IU dose is just right for me. Very easy to swallow and it seems to be working. Happy with the results so far, and I plan to keep using it for my immune and bone health.

I like that this combines vitamin D3 and K2 in one supplement. It’s easy to take, fits into my daily routine, and saves me from buying them separately. So far I’ve been happy with it and would buy it again.

My vitamin D levels were at a "critical" level according to my most recent blood test. I decided on these after doing research on vitamin D as derived from lichen vs lanolin, as well as determining vitamin K is critical for the absorbption of vitamin D. These were the most affordable ones that met all of my criteria. I haven't had my levels checked again since taking these, but I have been taking them for 3 months now and know it's making a difference. The biggest differences were that my hair stopped falling out, my chronic pain was a little better, and I definitely noticed that I had more energy. It took about 2 weeks of taking them consistently to begin noticing anything. If I stop taking them, the benefits go away. I would definitely recommend these to anyone struggling with the symptoms of low vitamin D.

I wish all my supplements worked this well! In December of 2024 my Vitamin D level was 65 which isn't bad, but I wanted to get it higher. I was already taking the same amount of a different brand, but I decided to give this one a try and I started taking it in August of 2025. I just had my levels checked again on October 8th 2026 and as you can see in the attached picture my level is now 117! I can't say for certain that it's all because of this one supplement, but I can say for certain that since I started taking this product just over a year ago this is the highest level my Vitamin D has ever been and I don't even take it every single day. I like to cycle my supplements 4 days on and 1 day off, so I skip all supplements every 5th day. If you decide to give this Smarter Nutrition Vitamin D a try, I hope your results will be as good as mine have been.

I have tried several vitamin D products, some of which offered limited absorbency, so I like this product, which appears to offer better absorbency. Disclaimer: I have not followed up with testing my vitamin D levels, since I started taking this product, but I do feel more healthy, with fewer and more minor upper respiratory infections, and no flu, so far, and this product may be contributing to this. Several things I like about this product: 1) This product's D3 comes from a plant-type algae called lichen, which is a far superior source of vitamin D3, compared to lanolin, which is sourced from sheep, and used in the majority of vitamin D products on the market. 2) This supplement also includes two forms of vitamin K2 (MK-4 and MK-7). Vitamin K2 is critical in moving the body's calcium out of the soft tissues and into the bones and teeth. if you're taking Vitamin D, it's absolutely critical to also take vitamin K2. As mentioned, this supplement includes two forms of vitamin K2, which is not found in most of the other vitamin D supplements on the market. Both forms are important, so it's great that this product includes both. 3) This is a very clean product, with no harmful or inflammatory fillers. I give this product my top rating. I use this product daily, along with taking vitamin C.
