EPOS IMPACT 1060T ANC Adaptive Noise Cancelling Wireless Headset for PC with Active Noise Cancellation, EPOS AI Mic, Super Wideband Audio, Bluetooth, Wireless Charging, Microsoft Teams Certified

I bought these in October 2024 to replace Jabra Evolve2 55's, which developed a earphone fault. I was really pleased with the 1060T. The ANC is decent, they are super comfy and connect well to my PC. However recently they have developed a continuous crackling in one earphone (mic side). They have been well looked after so I believe this is a fault.

Expensive, but good sound quality

Quite helpful for me and my job as a remote worker with a toddler. Worth the price. Easy to connect. It's been over 6months since I got it. Quality is excellent.

Le cuffie sono molto leggere e la pressione che esercitano sulle orecchie non è così forse come modelli di altre marche che ho provato: sicuramente una cuffia over-hear sarebbe stata più comoda. Buono l'audio (ricordo che sono cuffie da riunioni online e non per ascoltare musica) ed ottimo il microfono con la cancellazione di rumore (l'interlocutore non sentirà altro se non la tua voce). L'ANC è fa il suo dovere ma ovviamente se vi aspettate i livelli di Sony o Bose, beh avete sbagliato cuffia. Perchè 4 stelle? Due motivi: - Nelle immagini di Amazon era raffigurato il case rigido mentre, come da foto, la scatola contiene solo il case morbido - Avrei preferito che le cuffie si spegessero quando si rigirano i padiglioni per riporla nel contenitore: in questo modo sono obbligato ad usare sempre lo switch (le Jabra che avevo prima erano comodissime sotto questo punto di vista)

Wonderful noise cancelling headphones

I am a techie and due to continuous calls, I opted impact 1060T. Here are my pros n cons based on a week of uses: Pros- 1. Strong design and quality to handle roughly. 2. Perfect noise cancelling mic , it won’t leak a noise other than your voice. I have experienced on phone call and Teams Meetings during the kids were playing and making noise infront of TV. You cannot talk to each other f2f but this headphone works to catch only your voice (not your noise). 3. Quick connect to multidevice like phone and lappy together ; and it auto switches to phone to lappy to phone as you speak. 4. Mic based mute n unmute button, also auto mutes n unmutes when you turn the mic up-down. 5. Option to charge wirelessly using standalone EPOS charger. But no wireless charger included in this purchase. You need to buy separately. Battery ran- 6 hrs continuously for me and alerted to charge. 6. C-type cable will be included for charging and to use without Bluetooth. Cons- 1. Ear cushion is little hard which makes you little uncomfortable if you wear for longer time. 2. It’s not like other wired headphones which were light in weight, after using for sometime it will be okay and become average weight to handle. 3. It won’t help you completely noise free while listening in noisy surrounding. It will reduce 60-80% of noise from your surroundings, so that you can concentrate on headphone listening. It’s smart ANC, not to block 100 % noise . If someone from surrounding will talk to you , you can listen him too but other voice wouldn’t be captured by mic. Mic is perfectly ENC activated. 4. It’s little tight at my ears and feels pain. May be it’s new coz of that. Will review back in 6 months. 5. Price is higher but I liked it. So far it’s sturdy, compatible with your office laptop (if you have doubt if it doesn’t work, need office IT support to get installed for driver, no need of all such). Can connect to any c-type and BT based devices. Thanks.

Słuchawki mają szereg wad utrudniających normalne funkcjonowanie. 1) Przycisk Mute nie działa na niektórych callach Meet i Teams, ale nigdy nie wiadomo, na którym callu zadziała, a na którym nie, poza tym nie działa na callach na Slacku (Huddle). Jaki sens jest mieć przycisk Mute, który nie działa??? 2) Dodatkowo, co jakiś czas ludzie nie słyszą mnie w ogóle na rozmowach telefonicznych - muszę dwa razy rozłączać rozmowę i jeszcze raz dzwonić. 3) Do tego, jeśli słuchawki są połączone z dwoma urządzeniami... nie słyszę ludzi na callu dopóki nie rozłączę drugiego urządzenia. Czyli muszę np. przeprosić mojego klienta w trakcie calla, wstać od laptopa, pójść na drugi koniec pokoju po telefon, rozłączyć go, i dopiero wtedy mogę rozmawiać. To daje nieprofesjonalne wrażenie u moich rozmówców - a przypomnijmy, to są słuchawki za 800 złotych, a nie 30 złotych z bazaru. 4) Do tego, co jakiś czas wideo (np. z YouTube'a lub Facebooka) co 3 sekundy się zatrzymuje, a gdy puszczę je dalej, zatrzymuje się po kolejnych 3 sekundach. Koszmar! Kończy się na tym, że po prostu rozłączam słuchawki. Podsumowując, odradzam komukolwiek kupowanie tych słuchawek. Chętnie bym je oddał i kupił jakieś działające.
