Improved per bloodwork
I took these for one month maybe didn’t even complete the bottle. (This was about 2 months ago)Then I forgot all about it and went to dr yesterday and had bloodwork. My numbers were still in the red but she said they significantly improved and no need for rx meds. Which is cool because I could feel her judgment when I told her two months ago that I wanted to try something natural first 😂

helps me keep my cholesterol in check
This pill has ingredients that helps cholesterol and sugar stay in check. I am on my second bottle. I like that is other good supplements like berberine and milk thistle all in one supplement. There is no taste and it is okay to swallow easily. I think the price is comparable to other supplements that help the same conditions.

Since taking these my cholesterol actually is lower! No side effects but they have a strange aftertaste.

Happy results
So far, I’m very happy with the results. After a month taking it, my cholesterol went down from 293 to 222. Some little changes in my diet (nothing very strict or crazy) and taking the capsules in the morning. So, I’ll keep taking them !
