You get what you pay for. Overall satisfied. The game does glitch / freeze up from time to time, but nothing horrible or too annoying.

Gun controllers don work, Customer support does not respond, and phone # for customer service is no longer in servicePut together for the first time and the guns did not calibrate so cannot play any games. Tried submitting tickets using portal link provided in support page. They don't even send you confirmation of ticket or provide tracking for it (as it says they do) on your account login page. Basically out $642.00 for a game that is all setup and can't play, warrantee for return is only 30 days.I'm trying to get customer service or replace parts as needed but will not be purchasing ANYTHING from Arcade1up again. DO NOT BUY, SAVE YOUR $

I made a huge mistake and didn't read the description. I know, stupid! I expected a real arcade game that would be in an arcade. It's cheaper made (plywood) and not near as big. I was personally disappointed, as I don't feel like it will hold up well, but my kids are absolutely obsessed, so it worked out great!The kids don't care that it's not what I expected, and they have played on it every single day since it arrived! I think it's perfect for them for now. I just really hope it holds up for a long time.

One of the guns quit working immediately. Construction took like 2.5 dedicated ADHD hyper fixated hours but the cabinet is sturdy. The game is fun and functions just like the original but the screen is very sensitive to light. If it has any glare then the gun will not fire properly on the screen resulting in erratic shots. It’s hit or miss in functionality. Really disappointing considering the price. When there is no glare and the one gun works then it’s super fun

The guns on the game are not very good. I know it’s an arcade game but it would have been nice if there’s a lazer light on the end each riffle.

I have a few Arcade 1Up cabinets and just purchased this one to complete the collection. Since I have experience assembling these cabinets, this was a breeze. Lay your parts out and make sure everything is accounted for. Also, check for any damage on the panels as the box it is shipped in is very heavy and was pretty banged up from shipping. Once assembled, the game play is really fun. You'll see some online reviews stating the screen is too small. It's small but not too small where you won't enjoy yourself. Buy it and have fun!
