This white noise machine was a lifesaver from the day we brought our baby home from the hospital. I previously used a phone app for my older child, but having a dedicated device is far more convenient. The battery life is outstanding; even with heavy use of about 12 hours a day, it lasts 2 to 3 days on a single charge. We stopped using it around the 6-month mark once we could turn on a room fan, but it was absolutely essential for the early days. And it is strudy too, given the number of times it has hit the floor.

The Babelio Mini is a popular portable white noise machine. It is rechargeable using USB-C, which is a huge advantage over its main competitor in India — ‘Sleep’ by Saregama. Do keep in mind that this Babelio machine has to be charged using a USB-A to USB-C type cable.I wish the volume went a tad higher. It has about 15 levels of volume, with the first 8 being too low to be of any practical use. The White Noise quality is good. You have to cycle through the sequence once and set it to White Noise only once. Thereafter, it remembers your selection and automatically starts in White Noise mode every time. Refer the manual to note the sequence of preset sounds.The battery lasts about two nights, before needing to be recharged. Alternatively, you can choose to keep this permanently plugged in, if you so desire.The main complaint I have with it is the placement of the buttons at the bottom of the device. You have to lift it up, each time, to access the controls. Often, in the middle of the night, I have had to fumble to increase or decrease the volume. As this is round in shape, you can’t tell which button is Up or Down and it can be a pain having to guess and struggle in the dark, when you are half-asleep. I also own the ‘Sleep’ machine from Saregama, which has just a single knob on the top, to turn it ON and to also control the volume.Another drawback is that this Babelio machine can’t be “directed” to face a particular direction. As the speaker is fixed on the top, it emits sound upwards.

Not useful the sounds are not good, YouTube has better white music sounds than this machine

It does what it is supposed to. The sound is loud enough to drown out the outside noises which helps in sleep. The battery charge is also pretty good. I only wish there was an indicator for the battery levels but I guess that might be asking too much at the price range.

It’s very useful during afternoon time specially when you have child.Nice innovation. Long battery back up I’m using since more than 1 year perfect for sleep

Using it since 7 months now for all naps and night time sleep of my little one. There are multiple choices but we have sticked to only one noise so far which we felt was more smooth. It never switched off during any night time duration of 10-12 hrs with continuous use, we charge it daily for some time to be on safer side as our daily usage is approx 15 hrs.

Definitely happy I chose this sound machine. I was looking at a few similar ones. This one is compact and great for travel. It has a good selection of sounds and goes louder than you would expect for a small size.The customer service is the best part though. They reached out to inquire about product quality and are sending a new one based on the information I gave about the battery. (It originally lasted 2 full nights on a single charge and then started dying within a few hours).If you’re on the fence, know that the customer service makes this an easy, risk-free choice.

After reading all the reviews I was worried this wouldn't last long.But its been so good at helping my little one to sleep.Stays on all night on the white noise sound.Can go for two or 3 nights all night straight b4 I need to even charge it, and charges super fast then back to using.I'm actually going to buy another one as I'm away and forgot my travel sound machine so I'm gutted and desperately need it to make the trip go smoothly.
