what do the three clours represent

Well the colours represent different thickness of measurement for different applications. According to Plastigauge, Blue = 0,1 to 0,25 mm measurements, Green = 0,175-0,5 mm measurements, Orange = 0,025-0,175 mm measurements. Hope this helps.

How many gauges do you get? The picture shows a box, are there 100 gauges per box?

Theres 10 or so gauges around 4" in length.More than enough to do a full engine but you must keep them in a cool place or they will melt. If well kept they will last for years.
