Helps with fiber needs, but even if I drink a whole 16.9 bottle of water, I still burp and can feel the power come back up leaving my mouth all chalky. If you don’t have more water handy, it’s a very unpleasant taste.

Excellent at reducing bitterness
I open the capsules and mix the powder in drinks to reduce bitterness. Works great. I needed to start taking Potassium BHB Powder, but it was too bitter. Adding this Chitosan powder from one capsule makes it much more palatable.
