DashSkin Dash Cover for 1999-2006 Chevy Silverado GMC Sierra, Dark Pewter

This cover came in a large sturdy box, well packed, came with instructions and only one squieze tube of glue. You will need a tube of clear silicon rtv glue and a good solvent to clean up top of your dash and the bottom of the skin. in my case, the dashboard was broken in two and cracked in several places so i had to remove it to repair it. the clips by the windshield all broken off It is a very easy job, 1/2 hour to remove another 1/2 to install and one whole day to repair and let glues cure. you need a 7mm socket, a stubby #2 philips and a regular one, two of those plastic spatulas to remove the trimming and also like i said before a tube of silicon glue with it's gun. The color was a very good match.

Fit like a glove! Easy to install, fast cure time. Color matched 👌. Price was reasonable. The air vents in my dash were cracked and broken. The new skin slid right over the old. Double layer of protection!

Purchased dash skin for a 2007 Tahoe great fit, color and texture was close to perfect. The dash skin I recently purchased for my 2005 Avalanche fits ok,the color is a little off but the texture is not consistent throughout the cover. Installed anyway, wish I would have returned for a replacement. These covers, however, are good problem solvers for a cracked dash. Inspect carefully before installation. I install the second one late in the evening without a quality check since the first one I purchased exceeded my expectations.

I would have given five stars, but instead of having one hole for the automatic headlight sensor on the dash it had two holes, but other than that, the thing fit like a freaking glove! I was very skeptical at first, but honestly, I can’t believe how good it fits. Definitely recommend getting this if your dash is cracked it’s worth the money.

This was extremely easy to put on. The fit and finish was better than what I had expected.
