KIND ZERO g Added Sugar Bars Caramel Almond & Sea Salt

These are delicious. Low carb, low sugar, and NO dairy. I have to follow a strict diet for health reasons and I will usually eat one of these for breakfast with my coffee or throw one in my purse as a snack later in the day. Super convenient and doesn’t make my blood sugar spike.

These not only taste great, they are wonderful if you're diabetic. Fiancé was recently diagnosed Type II and was mentally having a hard time with very limited snacks available. He's an OTR truck driver so it's not like he can just run in and grab something healthy that will keep out on the road. We saw these and we're so excited because they are sweetened with allulose!! This is a natural sweetener that does not affect the glycemic index. We knew we didn't want any of the erythritol, maltitol, type things...they may help with diabetes, but they can cause blood clotting and are linked to higher rates of heart attacks/strokes. Stevia is an alternative, but it does have a distinct flavor that isn't always great. These have been wonderful. He gets to have a tasty, sweet treat, it travels well, and his diabetes is under control.

These are great snacks on the run. I usually don't have time to get a break at work so these have saved me a few times. They kept me full and kept my energy up for hours. I like that the total sugars are much lower than traditional granola or breakfast bars.

The bars melt somewhat in really hot weather but I like the taste and texture. I wish it had a little less calories and was a bit more keto friendly. I recommend it to everyone.

Delicious, and not too big for a quick snack. These disappeared quickly when I had friends over! I think they might be good for an old kid's lunchbag too, in case they need something extra later in the day or after sports/band practice. My brothers took them when they went golfing and they hit the spot for them too.

Love these Kind bars. They are really chock full of nuts and very tasty. Not the mushy consistency of some of the cheaper granola bars. This is my go to fuel for early morning Pickle Ball. The chocolate, and the caramel are my favorite. Make sure great late morning snack as well. I keep them a bunch in the vegetable crisper ready to grab on the way out.

They taste ok, but the caramel is super gooey and sticky. Very messy to unwrap and eat. Becausethe caramelisso runny, the bar falls apart easily. I expected the caramel to be solid like on other bars. I won't buy these again. Disappointed.
