I am not a skilled knife sharpener. What's your favorite "easy" sharpening tool?

Buy a smiths pocket sharpener tool. Gives angle tool and stones. I use a sharpening steel. Sharpen as u cut forward. 25 to 30 degree angle. Never use electric.

The blade measures just 1.75" (4.4cm), which surprised me since it does so much work.
