The 50 puzzles are cleverly designed — not too easy, not too hard — and each has that satisfying aha! moment when you finally crack the code. The school theme adds a fun twist, and the clues are clear but challenging enough to keep you thinking. I liked that the book gradually increases in difficulty, so you feel like you’re leveling up your skills as you go. The layouts and grids are easy to follow, and the writing keeps the tone light and engaging. Great for adults, teens, or kids who enjoy brain teasers — especially if you like puzzles that make you think, not just guess. Whether you’re working alone or doing them with friends/family, this book delivers hours of satisfying logic fun! Review: Screen free fun - Amazing way to keep kids engaged off screens

Murder mystery books
I bought them for my daughter for her birthday. She loves him. Good murder mystery books keep her occupied. I would definitely buy them again.

Logic Grid Puzzles with a Twist!
Fantastically innovative with a crime detection theme to it. The clues are equally original with a story about all the elements used in the puzzle. I was hooked from the beginning.

Buy It!
I love these books! My current ADHD hyperfixation 😂. I’d recommend murder to any of my fellow puzzle nerds! I love that there are consistent characters, and the humor is an added bonus. My only complaint is that every book after the first still starts with the easy puzzles. Once you know how to do them, those easy puzzles are more of an annoyance to get through. I’d love some books with only the more difficult puzzles to solve!

fun and challenging-spoiler in review
These books are fun & challenging but not so challenging that it's just frustrating. I do recommend buying the books in order. You can solve the puzzles without doing that, but in some of the story parts you will have greater context. Now, two things I don't like: 1. i do not like the second set of puzzles in any of the books. they make no sense because you dont know where the murder took place so there is no way to spot the liar through contradicting evidence. it all looks fine so you have to look at the hint section. This is why i only gave 4 stars. 2-and this has nothing to do with the book, it's just a notation. There is a reddit group that you are encouraged to join, HOWEVER last time i was there, there was no moderator and people were incredibly rude and condescending about asking for help, even though that is the whole point. it was so bad i left the group & it actually turned me off from book two for quite some time. i was actually made fun of and was told that anyone familiar with the english language would have gotten it. bear in mind these books are published in several languages & so there are people in the group who may not be overly familiar with english turn of phrase. i just wanted to add this disclaimer. but overall i highly recommend these books for any mystery and logic puzzle lover

Murdle volume 3
I love the Murdle puzzle books. This is Murdle volume 3. I like the fact that each volume starts at Elementary and works up to Impossiable. It has a section in the back for Hints incase you need some help, and the sections for Solutions. I use a rubber stamp to mark the puzzles i got right. I have found it occasionally helps to take notes of who is in what society, its helped to figure out other puzzles in the book.( rubber stamps NOT INCLUDED)

I always enjoy this series of books howver I have noticed that some editions are smaller than other, the spine is more stiff and the book cannot lie flat which is a serious downside for a puzzle book that you have to write in

I was pretty excited as it arrived earlier than stipulated delivery time. Got my hands working on it immediately, but realised that pages started to got mixed up at section Occult Medium, pg 63 onwards. Taken a few photos of incorrect pages examples from section Occult medium as attached. The publisher should’ve checked again after printing…disappointed… as I have already did the section Elementary, I doubt that I am able to return the book anymore…
