Lukovee Dog Raincoat, Waterproof Rain Jacket, Clear Hood & Reflective Rim

Jojo doesn't love it, but he doesn't hate it! He's 60lbs and measured 26" from collar to start of tail (he's quite long but not that tall) and the 2XL fits great except for the hood. But he hates the hood anyways, he needs to move his ears! So the hood is a good neck cover. We've used this a few times in the past month, notably for 20min through steady rain and came out 100% dry under the jacket, although the top of his harness got a little damp (it's slightly open to the elements through the leash access point, so on a windy walk some water could get in). Easy to put on and off, the elastic around the back legs is SUPER stretchy so we don't need to loosen to put it on and it keeps the raincoat in place. Lots of space around the tummy to accommodate a rounder dog but not sure this size would work well for broader shoulders. Overall seems like great value for the money - although would love some real tummy coverage since this "low rider" gets soggy after jogging through puddles.

Her back, sides, and chest stay completely protected, and the rain just rolls right off the fabric. No more wet dog smell after short walks in the rain! I should’ve bought this a long time ago for my dog who hates to walk in the rain. I got a size Small for an almost 9lb yorkie mix. The plastic on the hood is a little crumpled but maybe it needs time to relax from being shipped. It was pulled back too far and didn’t cover her head when I had the leg straps on, but maybe I need to adjust them for a better fit. Works well and she didn’t fuss wearing it. Material feels nice, good thickness and is waterproof. It covers her whole body but isn’t in the way when she does her business. Wish it had a little loop to hang from, and also the flap covering the hole is a bit too large. If you walk ahead of the dog it flips up and looks weird. I think it is some sort of pouch to store it, but considering how bent out of shape the hood can get, I don’t think I will use it. The plastic on the hood is very clear to see through.

What a great raincoat! I have it in my backpack for emergency rain (it monsoons here). Had the opportunity to whip it out & slap it on my dog, and that's practically how fast I got it on him! Now, it ended up not raining how I expected (it happened after we got home). It has that hood with the shield and I decided to leave it behind his head. I didn't want to put it on until necessary. It did not bother him in anyway. And covered him so perfectly! It came of as easily as it came on! I already have a raincoat for him, but it's too hot for this climate. It also starts rubbing his armpit as he gets going. None of that is an issue here! It can be adjusted for size, and if he's wearing a sweater for winter, he can still be covered without difficulty. I absolutely recommend this raincoat for any dog, any weather!

This raincoat is one of the best things I've ever bought LOL! My Golden Retriever needs daily exercise so when it rains it's not pleasant with him getting soaking sopping wet. This raincoat is a game changer. It's well made. It fits him perfectly. It's easy to put on having velcro fastening at the chest and under the belly. It also has back leg straps to hold the back part down and in place which is an excellent feature otherwise the raincoat would move side to side and wind could flip it up as well. I didn't think I would use the hood on him but I do, a bit small for him but it covers his ears and face. The hood is going to fit every dog different depending on shape and size. I ordered a size up 3XL. My dog is about 90 pounds with a long body. The extra size covers him completely and is extra long down his sides ensuring he stays dry as well as keeps the raincoat in place especially when he runs around. I never thought I'd buy a raincoat for my dog but oh my gosh the best thing ever!!

These raincoats are really cute and did a great job keeping their bodies dry. They’re also easy to put on and take off, which made things a lot easier since I was handling three dogs at once. The hoods didn’t work very well, but I think that’s because I ordered a size too small. The overall quality feels decent, but one of the dogs brushed against a wall and the visor scratched up pretty easily.

Product ordered was an XL raincoat......The product that I received was way too small. I have a 70 lb. Mal and although the raincoat was labeled XL, it did not fit. I gave it to my granddaughter for her midsize Norwegian Elkhound and it was too small for even that dog. I suspect that the raincoat might be mislabeled. Either way, it is of no use to me. Also, the quality of the material left a lot to be desired; it did not have the feel of a quality product but since it did not fit, I was not able to test its effectiveness... Overall, it was a disappointing purchase. I'm reluctant to give it even one star.
