The thing to know about dosage with this is that there is what the bottle says and all the recommendations online from institutions, and then there's the real world and what actual doctors say. First, you need to know that this takes about 3 hours to take effect. After that, you'll get about 3 to 5 hours of effectiveness. Second, you need to know that any side effects are pretty benign. Lastly, those of us with chronic vertigo, and actual doctors, know that the doses recommended on the bottle do almost nothing.

While I do not suffer from motion sickness, my wife does. She takes these whenever we go on a cruise and they work wonderfully for her. She doesn't experience any drowsiness and has seen the benefits using as little as half a pill. Based on her experience, I'd highly recommend.
