Works just fine
This portable washing machine works just fine. It effectively washes and spin dries. Just follow the directions to the letter and everything will be OK.

It looks good but…
At first I was very happy with the design and idea that could fit into my small bathroom. After using once, the bottom of the machine broke. Since I had the insurance, I replaced it. Then I realized it wasn’t washing very well and didn’t squeeze it well enough. I wouldn’t recommend.

Far better than anticipated.
So, to be clear, I wanted a small washer that is easy to lift/move and didn’t require hook ups to the water supply. This is that washer. It’s also large enough to actually clean more than a single shirt (even towels). It is plastic, and not the gold standard of build quality, but far better than I thought it would be; given the other options and how small or ineffective they are. I bought it because the Wonder Washer got old really fast with the hand cranking. Now, it does have a “spin dry” setting but I recommend getting a separate spin dryer to preserve the motor on this washer for extended use. I got my spin dryer from The Laundry Alternative (found it on amazon) when I bought the Wonder Washer.

Compact size and works well
I bought this for a boat. It really gets clothes clean. It is a basic machine with no frills. It does drain really fast so I have to be careful because using it in a shower. I would want an automatic washer for frequent use but this is perfect due to size and weight for occasional use.

DON'T HAVE TO CONNET TO A FAUCET, FILL IT TO THE WATER LEVEL YOU NEED. HOPE THE MACHINE WILL WORK
Works the same as bucket washing, bit this has a metal basket and a ticking sound.

Not Bad
After first time use, there are a few things I thought would be useful to know for any new potential buyers (all of the following are my opinions): - Washing function was very nice and I'd say a bit better than I expected. Overall, it takes a small to moderate size load (which I expected) of up to 10 pairs of underwear and 10 pairs of socks (I'd say max). For shirts or pants, I'd guess It is capable of up to 4-5 small size shits or 3-4 pairs of small size pants. Filling is done through a passive inlet (small hose provided), and draining is passive through a hose outlet. 1 cycles of 3-10 minutes with detergent, and at least 1 3-10 minute rinse cycle after is needed. Set-up and filling, and draining takes around 5-10 minutes. - Spin dry is absolutely useless I am doing something wrong. The spin basket does not adequately anchor to the base/spinner... so within about 10-15 seconds, it flies of the anchor points if loaded with anything placed ever so slightly unevenly on the base. - Build quality isn't bad, but not great. It's body is completely plastic. The lid is simple without a locking/latching mechanism. The biggest benefit of it all is that it's rather light and can very easily be handled. - Noise level is relatively low and I didn't have any issues. I might update this review if any new information comes to light. Overall, not bad at all. A bit pricey for what you get (I'd honestly price this ideally around $100), but not bad. Definitely not a bad addition for washing small loads in a small apartment or studio... especially if you don't feel like going out to wash underwear or socks.

Not Satisfied.
Washer came with some damage on the bottom straight out of the box. The hose doesnt attach so we manually fill it up ourselves. The spin bucket doesn't attach well and the spin cycle is weaker than expected. It started to make a grinding noise on the second load. Load was adjusted so hopefully that just a one off thing. On the positive side its not noisy and our clothes felt clean. I think this is efficient with cleaning, but not with drying. The price shouldn't be as high as it is.
