Great massage chair
This chair came exactly as described. I only had to install the footrest which was easy to do. Looks fantastic and works just as described. Incredible value for the money. Have already used it and my back feels better than it has in 2 weeks.

The chair is pretty basic but I didn't want all the bells and whistles. I'm very pleased with the quality. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWESOME. I had a problem with the delivery and boy did they make it right. Response was immediate and unreasonably amazing. Definitely recommend giving them a try if you are in the market.

Easy assembly it does not do need on your back. It doesn’t tap on your back or beat on your back. It just goes up and down and massages it. It helps with sciatica with the nerves in your legs Great quality I will give it a 4.5

Easy to Assemble
Very easy to assemble. The quality for the price seems good. Used it for 45 minutes the first day, the pressure of the Shiatsu rollers is ideal for me.

Nice Chair BUT.........
3.5 Star.....Don’t get me wrong, it’s a nice chair. For a gentle massage, this works well. However, if you’re looking for a deep-tissue massage, it doesn’t provide that level of intensity. Customer service was great—communication was handled through messaging and email, and I was able to return the chair without any issues
