2x Rentokil Mouse & Rat Odour Sachet

After many nights sleeping away from the awful smell I wasnt totally convinced these sachets would work but was desperate to try anything!They were AMAZING!!! Yes, if I stand right next to the small gap in the woodwork I can still get a whiff but in the main they have disguised the odour perfectly and I can now sleep in my own bed at night. I shall def. keep a supply to hand as living in the country we often get creatures creeping in to the inaccessible roof space and then dying! In the past I have used mothballs which do work & help to deter the creatures,but then the house smells like great grandmas home for ages and clothes hanging near by retain the smell too. This way we all "smell normal"!! The sachets have a very pleasant soft perfumed smell - not at all chemically.Thank you to Retokil for yet another excellent product.

Two pack, like large tea bags.Doesn't get rid but has a sweet herby smell to mask rodent pong. Does a reasonable job while you search for the cause.I tracked the problem to a decayed mouse nest under the shower tray in a static caravan.Rentokil sachets do a cover up job but better to find the cause of the problem.

This is extremely effective against that horrible 'I smell a rat' all pervading urine smell. I'm not sure how it is against rotting corpse smell because although my infestation is diminishing, I think perhaps they are dying outside rather than under my floorboards. Or alternatively, they are dying in some far flung corner under the house and the smell is not permeating up into the house, or. . . the sachets are more effective than I am giving credit for and dealing effectively with wafting rot smell too. Whatever - buy them. They certainly make life pleasanter whilst you wage war on the vile, disgusting things!

It definitely covers rodent smells, but the chemical lemon smell isn’t too nice as an alternative. I’m off to buy 4 tubs of bicarbonate of soda to try to remove the odours altogether. Fingers crossed.

A dead rodent under the floorboards which I couldn't reach had me reaching for these and I wish I hadn't botheredI was expecting the smell to be really strong because the smell coming up from under the floor was quite pungent but after throwing 2 of these under the floor I put the floor back and left them to do their workthe smell continued to be that bad that I ended up ripping a newly laid floor up to get to the rodent costing me quite a bit of money to put down againI wouldn't bother again

Reasonably good - big problem with dead mice in wall cavities - would probably buy again as I think helped a bit

I rarely review items, but I had to review these.I had a decomposing rat under floorboards which I could not access. I understood it could take 2-3months for it to fully decompose and for the smell to subside. I opened one of these and dropped it under the floor boards and within sixty minutes the smell had gone! Incredible.

The product itself is fine - but I expected it to arrive before the 29 July! I needed it urgently because I have a dead rat decaying under my floorboards! It took 8 days to get to me. 8 days of smell!
