These are perfect if you enjoy sharing what you cook with others. They are excellent for storing food in the frig or freezer also. I use them to give various meals to my neighbors that they can warm in the microwave. They can either wash them or toss them because they are microwave safe, but economical and I really don't want them to bother to return them. I have put soups which could easily spill, but these have a well fitting lid and they don't leak and that is one of the requirements when taking food to others. I will be buying these again within the month.
