Gorgeous light !
It was kind of hard to put up but afterwards, the finished project is gorgeous ! The first pick is the done pic . The second was putting the lil crystals one by one in !!! They need better hooks but it does the job !

Remote does not work. App does not work
Tried getting help from company because remote and app would not work. I had originally bought the one without the remote and did not realize my light did not have a switch. They recommended this product with remote. When I installed and the remote would not work they just kept repeating the same thing and refused to help me find a solution. Will be returning and buying from another company

Beautiful Chandelier
Installation was a bit challenging, and the wiring clip did not work so I used wire nuts which I prefer. Unit turns on and is beautiful and I tried to get the remote to pair but it wouldn't. Tried using QR Code to download app and it went to a dead website. Chandelier worked for about 10 mins then quit and won't come back on. I disconnected and reconnected wiring hoping that would reset driver but it didn't work. Decided to return for refund and that went very smoothly. Vendor was very easy to work with.

LOVE that it can go grime bright light to warm light.
cool blue light looks like an emergency room and very unflattering. but the warm light saves this fixture! we will set it on kid appropriate settings.

I bought 5 and pieces keeps falling off, and I got a licensed electrician to put them in, very disappointed.

Received damaged, previously returned product!
Box had quite a few covered shipping labels, which means this item was sold and returned numerous times. All crystal details were loose in the box. Crystal ball detail was missing. Very disappointed!
