Wrist Wraps + Lifting Straps Bundle (2 Pairs) for Weightlifting, Crossfit & Gym

Unlike some reviews for this product, I DID NOT receive this item for free or a discount in exchange for a review. I bought this set, to replace the following: Bear Grip - High quality Premium weight lifting wrist support wraps, secure velcro design, One size fits all (Black, 18 IN) and RDX Weight Lifting Gym Straps Crossfit Wrist Support Wraps Hand Bar Bodybuilding Training Workout . Wrist Wraps: The wrist wraps are made to a high standard. The quality is very good. The material is the same you will find in any wrist wrap, but what makes these stand out, is the quality of the stitching. The stitching is very good quality. Unlike my previous wrist wraps, the hook-and-loop fabric (Velcro) is on the right way, with loops on the wrap, and the hooks on the end, so that even if you don't fully get the wrap around your wrist, the hook-and-loop fabric will not damage your clothing (like my previous pair did), however, the hook fabric will cause the exposed material next to the loop fabric of the wrap to fray, but will not cause serious damage. The hook-and-loop fabric always feels secure, and I do not feel it can easily come apart. A nice touch of these wraps, is that they have an 'L' on the left hand one, and an 'R' on the right hand one, so that you will not get confused between the two. On my set, the 'L' is sewn under the loop fabric, as depicted in the product picture, but the 'R' one was sewn ON the loop fabric, so I had to remove that to get the best grip, just a small niggle though. The elastic loop that goes around your thumb, is nice and thick and comfortable. Lifting Straps: Like the wrist wraps, the lifting straps are made to a high standard. The stitching on these straps is some the best stitching I have seen. The foam padding is about 4mm thick and made of good material, and feels like the material used in mousepads, but is soft if you were to squeeze the padding, so these provide excellent comfort. Also like the wrist wraps, these have a 'L' and a 'R' on the respective left and right hand ones. These wraps and straps came with instructions, so that if you are a novice to using these, you will not have a problem using them. Nordic Lifting will e-mail you a few times to ask to write reviews, but, I ignored these, because I wanted enough time to write a review, based on my own experience. Overall, if you are looking for wrist wraps, and lifting straps, then these are a fantastic purchase. Great quality, and comfortable.

Excellent quality and very good value. Have used both straps and wrist supports and they are both comfortable and effective. If I was forced to find a fault it would be a very personal one and not a fault of the product. I have very small wrists and when using the lifting straps because they close up so small on my tiny wrists the padding on the straps starts to prevent the straps closing completely. Other than that lifted 170 kg with no slippage so very good, thank you.

Simple to use. Works great. Looks good. Feels good. Only down side is the lifting straps have started fraying already after 1 week of use Previous reviews complain about the labels on show, however they are easy to remove if you chose to.

SO....... How long do expect something so cheap to last you. If you said over 6 months that god damn get a pair of these, ive seen it time and time again. I buy a pair for straps and wrist supports and the snap or tare with in a month or two, these have taken so much abuse and lasted so long i'am surprised. For quality they're decent i find the wrist wraps to be the best personally i like my supports tight and these manage to achieve that, the lifting straps and decent find there grip goes a little after constant abuse but still do the job.

I'm really pleased with these; they have really made a difference to how much I'm able to lift during workouts. I spent a long time trying to find some in cute colours and this aqua blue was the best I could find. Also, having both the straps and wrist supports together makes this a really good deal.

I've had two sets before these which didn't get the balance right, the first was hard around the wrist and didn't have much movement, and my second set were too soft! These get the balance perfect! They have a label which keeps them tough, and the main wrap itself has a good enough loop to keep it sturdy too, very happy with these. The weight lifting wraps I haven't used too much, as i tend to stick with the wrist wraps which i am so happy with, but i did use them for some pull ups once and was more than happy with them.

They aren’t bad but you get what you pay for, had to buy thicker straps as these don’t deal well with heavy reps due to them being thinner than normal wraps, hard wearing though abs will be great for beginners, wrist supports were spot on! You can get them nice and tight and offered plenty support in over head lifting

I own a small gym where we sell various weight lifting equipment and accessories, mostly straps and wraps. Coming across tons of stuff every year I must say these Nordic lifting accessories stand out quite a bit. Unlike a lot of other products these all come packaged in good looking zip-lock bags and more importantly with INSTRUCTIONS. You can't imagine how many people come to us and buy straps without being able to figure out how to actually use them.. Well, these guys have figured it out. Kudos to them. Prices are very affordable as well for the quality you get. What they sell their wraps and straps pack for is much cheaper than Inzer and Scheik, and the Nordic's are much superior in regards of stiffness (and thereby support, which is what wraps are all about). A short summary from someone with experience, for new users: WHY BUY WRIST WRAPS? 1. Buy if you're really strong in pushing exercises (primarily bench) and your wrists are taking a beating. Don't let your wrists hold you back. Always take out the weak link of the equation. 2. DON'T buy if you don't need the extra wrist support, it sounds intuitive but many (newer) lifters seem to think accessories are a "must have" even at lighter weights, they're NOT. WHY BUY LIFTING STRAPS? 1. Buy if you're lifting really heavy and your grip is not holding up anymore. Don't let your grip be the reason you can't build a massive back. Always take out the weak link of the equation. 2. DON'T buy if you don't need the extra grip, it sounds intuitive but many (newer) lifters seem to think they're a "must have" even at lighter weights, they're NOT.

I have been using the wraps for a month now on bench press and OHP and it has greatly improved my wrist control on both movements. I lift more confidently and have better palm stabilization. They easily fold up and fit in my pockets for when I do other work sets before and after the core lifts. The wraps are well made and have enough velcro to easily be tightened and loosened in between sets. As an aside, this type of equipment often goes 'missing' at commercial gyms so keep track of it and WRITE YOUR NAME IN BIG BOLD PERMANENT MARKER. Speaking of which, this is a good looking set of wrist wraps independent of their excellent build quality. At the price they are listed they are a definite useful addition when you are lifting heavy. As for the wrist straps, I have not used them yet as my grip has not failed me. The build quality is excellent though and I am sure they will hold up to years of abuse.

The wrist wraps lasted only 9 months before the Velcro wore out completely. Used around twice a week in that period.

Les soutiens pour le poignet sont fiables. En revanche les sangles pour le sdt sont mal calibrées, le 'padding' empêche de bien la serrer sur le poignet. J'ai dû l'enlever afin de pouvoir resserrer la sangle.
