I LOVE this toy. The overall quality is really impressive - the materials, mechanics, and design are all terrific. For example, the fishes are perfectly shaped with a thumb grip for easy handling. I especially love the extra touch of the two sea creatures with "mystery" weights. The storage box is adorable and perfectly fits all the critters. And the back of the penguin has a pocket for the activity cards. There are so many ways to learn and play with this. My 3 year old is obsessed. I would give this toy 6 stars if I could!

This is a captivating toy for younger kids and a very useful and easily balanced scale for older kids learning about weights. Plus, it is so cute! We previously previously had one of those balancing scales that lakeshore learning provides (bc that’s pretty standard in the world of math manipulatives) but it was really hard to “zero” the scale, and it wasn’t effective for our weight unit. This was easily our favorite scale. And it really is cute… even my 2 year old wanted to play. Great for early elementary students who need a hands on approach to learning about weight.

The children LOVE playing with this toy. They play with it almost every day. Great quality and fun to play together. 6 year old and 3 year old both enjoy it.

I purchased this product as a gift for my very busy toddler. As a Pediatric Provider i am always looking for learning toys for my child to use. My child loves to count so against my better judgement i purchased this toy even though he is out of the age range. .He is able to use is but more as i am teaching him to use this and count not yet able to play with by himself. However i do think with time he will be able to play with this on his own and will be a great toy. I would recommend this to any parent who is looking for ways to decrease screen time.

Got it for my neice on her 2nd birthday. She loves it. It's a bit early for her with the numbers but will learn eventually. For now she loves to play the balance like a see-saw by adding weights to keep it moving which is still fun.

Functions wonderful! Very cute! Soft fish material! Perfect size for kids, Perfect gift. Not only wonderful for math but kids just love to play! how can 1 fish weigh more than 2 fish... and the questions and learning continue.
