This shower cap covered all my hair, it can be tightened around the edge and is lined with some kind of silk or fabric that is soft on your hair, I really like how you can adjust it and that it's huge so it easily fits all my hair, even if I grew it out a few more feet, it'd still fit, the frabic on the inside is very soft and nice, sort of a silk/polyester mix, it does absorb the water if it gets under the cap, but this prevents it from getting your hair wet around the edges, all in all, definitely a decent shower cap for a good price, would recommend if you have a lot of hair and don't want to get it wet everytime you shower

I have mid-back length locs and they fit easily within this shower cap. I bought two in different colors so that one could be getting washed while I use the other one. So far I have washed each twice and they have held up well to laundering. This shower cap does a pretty good job of keeping my hair dry. Some moisture can seep in at the nape because of how the water pools but it's not an egregious amount (also not a problem I've been able to successfully avoid with any other brand of shower cap, so it is what it is). I have had a number of shower caps over the course of my life; some quite expensive, some super cheap. This is on the cheaper side but so far performs as well as, if not better than, the more expensive ones I've tried. And I love that this is TRULY machine washable. I have had a few that claimed to be machine washable that did not actually seem to have gotten clean, and took forever to dry afterward. This one actually gets clean and dries like I merely used it in the shower. The only reason I couldn't give it five stars is that, even though it is adjustable, when I tighten it it doesn't stay tightened once I start stuffing my hair into it. I have had to tie a knot at the end of the elastic so that it doesn't loosen back up. It's not a huge inconvenience to do that, but if the adjusting mechanism was something that actually locked the elastic in place, it would be a 5-star product easily. Time will tell how long the elastic holds up. It seems pretty sturdy right now, and I'm hoping that by rotating them out regularly, I can prolong the life of the elastic in both caps. As it is, these were so inexpensive that if and when the elastic wears out, I won't have any heartburn about replacing them (unlike some caps that I've spent upwards of $30 on that didn't even last a year).

Personally, as a man with long hair, this works really well; it keeps my hair dry and protects it from humidity, even during longer showers, one of the best hair care purchases I have made.

The material feels durable and not flimsy. It has a smooth outer layer that looks like it will hold up well over time. The size is generous, which makes it easy to tuck all braids in without struggling. I wish the elastic was more snug but it stays in place, and doesn't leave marks on my forehead.

Brilliant if your hair is long or thick. This makes sure everything is well tucked in. Really good quality not at all flimsy

The best shower cap! Very comfortable and easy to use. If you have a lot of hair it will easily fit in this cap and stay dry.
