The Patellar support straps were brought for my son, who is extremely active. He was diagnosed with Osgood-Schlatter disease in his left knee. He is usually in pain with that knee. He had mentioned the support straps to me and I immediately purchased them. I did ask if the straps were working and he said yes. He was very happy with it and his pain level had subsided a lot. This is working for him. He cannot speak for anyone else. He does like the adjustable straps. He was able to find the one that fits comfortably close to the painful spot. Thank you!

Good product. Nice light colors (tan and light blue). I have a Baker’s cyst behind one knee and bought this two-pack for some consistent, comfortable, gentle support (a pull-on elastic knee brace put too much pressure on the cyst Henie my knee). This IT wrap fits snuggly directly under my knee - easily adjusted with Velcro on the side. The Velcro has held up well - I have hand-washed them several times. I pretty much wear one all day long, every day - really seems to stabilize my knee - no more pain!

These have helped my daily knee pain so much. My only complaint is that if you wear them daily, they start to cut into the back of the knee. My knee pain is not as bad walking with these on.

I see the negative reviews of this product, but my experience with it has been great. It's sturdy but doesn't cut into my leg. It stays in place. The main piece fits perfectly around the front of my knee. what I especially liked was that it came with three different length straps! So, you can use the right length of strap to secure the patellar support piece in place and get the tightness you want. The Velcro keeps the strap nice and tight. I love that you have a color choice too.

I like the way it feels, but the logo sits right under the knee cap and is painful if I lay on my stomach for the chiropractor or fall on my knee. So, the idea is good but place a logo somewhere else.

I've purchased several patellar bands since a PT suggested it. This is my favorite. It gives support, and I like that there are a variety of colors available.

TLDR; works well if you have really small legs or really large legs, but not if you have average to large legs. Also their customer support lies about refunds. Full story: Well the front of the strap is good, I’d say 4 stars good, but the Velcro is either super small or giant, and that’s only the small and medium bands they send. But what I really want you to know is how their customer support is. All the paperwork that came with it said if there was a sizing issue contact us. So I did, I received a snarky reply about I how I could just cut the band smaller (which you can’t because you need both Velcro sides to use it) and then the next paragraph said she would refund my money, well, guess what. No refund ever appeared.

These braces are like voodoo if your kid has Osgood-Schlatter disease. If they put it on as soon as they feel the twinge, the pain disappears. It's absolutely crazy. My understanding is that they can be worn preventatively, but getting my teen to do that was difficult. We tried several and this was our favorite. It's lightweight, it's easy to wash, and it stays put through a double header soccer day. Highly recommend.

I seem to fall in between the short and medium straps. I used this on a short 5K run and found that it alleviates some of the pain on my patella tendon. My issue isn't it's efficacy... If I tighten it up too much, if felt uncomfortable, especially at the back of the knee. If I loosened it a bit, it tends to slip downwards. I'm going to keep using it for the time being.

I was a bit sceptical due to it's size but am quite satisfied. The one I used before (covering the bigger area of the knee) was making me all sweaty underneath and had to keep putting it off and on again now in summer. Wore it couple of days (injured my knee) and now I don't have to use it any more. 3 different band sizes can fit anyone (also tried it on my hubby who is a bit larger/heavier)

Everything came in nice packaging, different length straps and it fits perfect
