BEST LOW CARB PASTA ON THE MARKET
I really enjoyed this pasta. Pete’s tastes exactly like regular pasta. The texture is slightly more chewy, but barely even noticeable. I boiled the pasta for about 18 minutes (instructions say 11-20 minutes), and it was perfectly al dente. It is so hard to find a good low carb pasta alternative, and this definitely hits the spot! Really love the amount of protein in this pasta as well. It initially seems like the serving size will be small by looking at the bag, but the pasta soaks up a lot of water, and because of the extra protein, it is extremely filling!! At 27 g of fiber per serving (I’m assuming it’s insoluble fiber), this also aids with bowel movements, so really a win win all around. Yes, this pasta is EXTREMELY expensive, but if you’re a pasta lover who is on a keto diet or just wanting to watch carb intake, this pasta is BY FAR the best low carb protein pasta on the market.

My blood sugar likes it!
I have looked high and low for pasta that I can eat that won’t cause my blood sugar to sky rocket. I love pasta, my family loves pasta so I just couldn’t bear giving it up. I love Pete’s! It’s really good and my blood sugar reacts well! My husband loves all the protein! Note that when you cook it, there’s no starch so sauces that get thicker with traditional pasta stay thin with this pasta so I’ve found I need a little less broth in my sauces. That’s all, once you figure it out, you’ll love it!

Great low carb alternative
Great low carb alternative! We purchase this (although expensive) monthly. Glad it’s just the two of us!! The only negative, it is a little “tough” Vs real pasta. The sacrifice is worth it to us; we enjoy a pasta dish weekly. From Mac and cheese to penne cold salads; always please with our results.

Nice substitute
It’s good. Not quite the same as regular Duram but a nice sub with low carbs. Nice job but expensive.

Surprised in a good way
Had to cook a few minutes longer than recommended, but turned out great. Price is a little high for what you get, but worth the treat!

Beware of Data Harvesting Scheme
The pasta itself is fine, but the company includes a highly deceptive physical "scratch-off ticket" inside the package. It tricks you into thinking you won a prize by showing 3 matching elbow noodles, but scanning the QR code just funnels you into a data-harvesting trap. There is no discount or financial reward—it forces you to provide your phone number and email just to receive a generic digital cookbook and a music playlist, automatically enrolling you into text marketing spam. Dishonest business practice for paying customers. I was so excited to get a discount. I got nothing but robbed of my personal information. Not sure I will purchase again.

Low Carb, High fiber pasta
This is a great low carb, high fiber pasta. You can also boil it a longer time without turning the pasta to mush. It remains al dente. I used the elbow macaroni to make a clam, onion and cheese casserole.

A splurge for foods I'm missing!
I am on a low carb diet for various medical issues, but I was really missing pasta. I have only tried the elbow so far, but I loved it. I did find it raised my blood sugar a little bit, so I will have to eat it in moderation (I had approximately 1/4 of the package for each meal I ate). The taste was fine, very similar to real dried pasta. It took a fair bit longer than real pasta to cook, as it is much firmer. The macaroni is still quite al dente, even after cooking it for longer than the recommended al dente time (11-20 minutes stated on the package, I boiled it for about 14-15). It does not absorb water as well as normal pasta, either, so my sauce ended up a bit runny (next time I will drain it longer/better). I do wish they sold the spaghetti in Canada, but for now the smaller noodles will have to do. It is quite expensive, as I'm finding most keto foods are, over $16 for a package, which works out to just over $4 for each serving. Macaroni and cheese was so good after being missed for over a year, though!

Best low carb pasta
Great low carb pasta! Tastes great, good texture, nice packaging. Will be buying again when it's back in stock. I've tried some other konjac noodles and other low carb pastas, yes they were lower in carbs but the experience is just ruined with those. This is a 7g net carbs that's worth it.
