very good very sturdy good value but they are quite heavy so not good if you have a problem with a weak wrist

Great value. Robust. A little on the heavy side but that means they are good quality. My old ones were flimsy and always dropping the coal. These are perfect. They open wide enough for logs as well as coal.

My husband was sceptical when I told him about purchasing the tongues for the fire. Excellent quality product. These are strong robust tongues can pick up easily coal or logs. Would recommend.

Good for gripping coal and logs the grips at the end may be better a margin bigger the sisser handles as said before in other reviews the seam has not been finished of to a high enough standard,as it cuts into your hands ,I've had to file mine down.that's why only 3 stars.
