I love this machine. it makes coffee super-fast and it all taste good! Would recommend buying.

I was really disappointed this company. I really loved this machine to use, but once something wrong with it, even I have a still in warranty, they cannot do anything with it. that is not helpful at all!!! First I called, customer service, then transferred to technical department and transfer to customer service again!! After that they said email me, but never email me. so we are stuck in the situation. I really want to ask what is warranty for? If someone can come to check our machine, that is really helpful but nothing happen. I don't want to have for anybody like that situation.

I was somewhat hesitate to order this model, due to a couple of negative reviews. I'm happy with the purchase though. It is faster than the old model we replaced and has the option of "strong" or "regular" strength and sizes as well. One review mentioned that one can't see when the water has reached the full level. That's not an accurate statement. There is an insert that is easily removed so that the water level can be seen. Also, another reviewer complained that the "iced/cold" option doesn't work. No, it won't without the necessary accessory; which is made clear in the product description. For some, it may be a bit on the large side. So make certain to look at the dimensions and measure the space you intend to use it in.

My sister sent me review on Flavia coffe maker, good feedback, going to get one, she is a coffee making legend. I forgot to tell you that I set up the new coffee maker and I want to tell you about it when I talk to you next. There are some pros and cons. It looks more asthetically pleasing. The water tank is smaller. My normal coffee cups don't fit under it and it doesn't move up and down like the old one did. If I want to use my old cups I have to take the bottom piece off each time. But that is easy. All that being said... like the small, medium, large feature a lot. I also like how when I am not using it you turn the whole machine off.

Bought two of these machines and never got to use either of them. Both gave an error code after the initial rinse cycle.
