Can the arrow keys work directly? Or do they need to be paired with other keys/

They are directly used as arrow keys.

Can I change the switches? (Is it fully hotswappable?)

Sorry, it's not. It can't replace the switch.

I bought mine mine stays rainbow I did not want this one. I thought it was gonna come blue how do I change it?

Either they shipped you the wrong model or you accidentally ordered the wrong model. Ask for a return and trade for the one you wanted.

Does this support Xbox?

Of course, as long as there is a usb port, you can connect.
