ESPRO P7 Stainless Steel Cafetiere French Press Coffee Maker, 532ml

Took forever to come, over a month from the order date but it has been well worth it. Best French Press I have ever owned. Filtering system is excellent, clear coffee and keeps the coffee hot for ages. Easy to clean. Very happy. Update, also excellent for cold brew coffee. Comes out crystal clear.

Good quality , think this was a return as the box was opened but was brand new and unused and make nice coffee , double filter system is clever and easy to use, even with a double filter some remnants still get through but you can use a 3rd sieve for the final pour. Feels like a quality cup solid and heavy will last a long time hopefully

Wow coffee stays hot for ages, coffee tastes so much better no sludge in the cup after and less sugar required as it’s so much less bitter. If you are into your coffee buy this 🙌

The product performs exactly as advertised, although I still think it’s overpriced. When I first unboxed it and removed the plunger, my initial impression was that the edges of the main container could have been finished better. For a premium-priced product, they felt a little sharp and somewhat cheap. That said, it’s something I’ve noticed less over time. It’s easy to clean and a good size for making two mugs of coffee. The dual-filter basket works very well—virtually no coffee grit makes it into the cup. The stainless steel body is another plus. It feels durable and gives peace of mind that it won’t accidentally shatter like a glass French press.

I discovered the Espro when visiting a friend's home and ordered both the 18oz and 32oz so I have different options depending on how many are having coffee. I love the elegant clean lines of this press, it looks really attractive. The double filter works well and the insulation keeps the coffee hot for an hour and warm for longer. As the outside doesn't get hot and the base is really steady it's easy to use. Also, really simple to clean. Love it!

Have always loved press pot coffee but got fed up with those nasty meshes, not to mention the grit towards the later stages of the pot. Been pondering a P7 purchase for some time and now delighted we finally took the plunge so to speak. Providing you preheat the vessel (just like you would a flask) the coffee stays hot a good couple of hours and more. Coffee super smooth and still full bodied but with no grit, just as advertised. It's a bit of extra effort cleaning up than a standard french press but not much and definitely worth it. I wouldn't mind picking up a medium P5 (the glass one) for use during the week when I'm happy for the coffee to cool down quicker. Congratulations Espro, this is a great product!

Poorest possible quality at this price. Infact a procook 20 pounds cafterie is much superior in finish. I really don’t care how good coffee this may produce which frankly is not much different, but not recommended for buying at this price.

Die Karaffe ist ganz schön, aber trotz der doppelten Filterung bleibt feiner Satz im Kaffee zurück. Ich werde es mal mit den zusätzlichen Papierfiltern versuchen.

it clears all the grains and leaves a real coffee flavour of the country of origin of the coffee. It doesn't hurt your stomach because it takes out all the coffee powder.

Fantastisch systeem, geen koffiedrab meer in je kopje zoals met een normale French press, kortom een heerlijk kopje koffie. Echt een innovatie. Ik kan hem iedereen aanraden. Je hoeft alleen de buitenste filter eraf te draaien, dan kun je hem makkelijk schoonspoelen. Als je dat direct doet nadat de kan leeg is, dan kost dat geen enkele moeite. Laat de filters aan de lucht drogen, zodat je ze niet indeukt of los maakt met je vingers tijdens het afdrogen.

During a morning, a bunch of pirates tried to attack our ship. Whilst they were closing in on us, we started to brew a cup of coffee in this bad boy. Whilst the pirates were climbing unto our ship we hit them with this coffee brewing constructed tank. The pirates fell off en we still got to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee. Really recommend this for defeating pirates and amazing coffee.

Nachtrag 04/2021: Nicht gedacht für vor gemahlenen Kaffee aus dem Supermarkt! Miese Qualität und zu fein für die Espro. Hierfür mahlt man bestenfalls guten Kaffee frisch und bitte mit einem Mahlgrad der etwa für French Press gedacht ist - also gröber. "Kaffeesatz" in der Kanne ist bei richtigem Mahlgrad eben nicht zu finden. Das sind Anwenderfehler! PS: Eine hochwertige Mühle lohnt in jedem Fall um homogenes Mahlgut zu erhalten. Ich nutze eine Comandante MK3 und das schmeckt man. Super Materialqualität, einfachstes Handling. Hält deutlich besser als jede "normale" French Press s.g. Fines (extrem feine Kaffeepartikel) zurück, so dass diese nicht überextrahieren oder in der Tasse landen können. Der Kaffee bleibt in der Edelstahlkanne lange heiß und schmackhaft. Wirklich eine Empfehlung trotz des ambitionierten Preises.
