Is this pla compatible with 3doodler please?

To be honest I don't know, I bought these to use with a Crayola 3D Pen. Most 3D Pens take the same filament but your better the check the required specs for your own particular 3D Pen.

How long is each color of the 3D pen filament?

10 meters per color. 200 meters in total.

Can it be used in a 3d printer like it says or not?

I don't recommend to do that. Your output could be bad and might clog the printer parts. This is meant for 3d pen
