Fun toy, but doesn't sound like a REAL bigfoot.
Fun toy, but does not sound like a real Bigfoot. The ones around my house howl more than the sounds this makes. This device seems to scare them away instead of attracting them. Maybe it's a regional thing. Maybe the voice on this recorder is from someplace like Washington state and my Texas squatches have more of a drawl.

Exactly what you expect
Okay, so I did not have high expectations for this item. You really need to take it for what it is. I bought this for my husband because he loves everything Bigfoot. It was a joke birthday gift. It is hilarious. My 4yo gets the biggest kick out of it. The sounds are exactly what you would expect from the size and quality, which is exactly why I gave it 5 stars. It is exactly what it appears to be, which is perfect.

Sounds Like Bigfoot but It Needs to be Louder
I got this to go with a costume. The idea was the person in the costume would hold this sound maker in his hand and when he "met" someone on the trail (we were having a Bigfoot 5k in a park), he would press a button to make the noises. A bird chirping in the tree a quarter of a mile a way was louder than this noisemaker. Unless you are in an enclosed room with very few people, it's not really worth the purchase.

It's a fun piece since my boyfriend had ordered the Jack Links Bigfoot outfit but it would be better if it was a little louder!!
