these patches are great, i just wish they released a non see through version. apart from that great product, just stick it on any area you need and let it do its magic. i can’t even begin to tell you how many boxes i’ve went through already! its nice and easy (just not very appealing to look at). you barely feel it either except if you put it on your nose. has really changed how i handle my acne, now i don’t have to struggle so much.

Love using these, helps with my spots and if I wear them overnight it gets rid of them. Have repurchased these a few times now.

great spot patches, really help to clear up my acne. They also help because I can't itch my spots when I have them on and I find that my skin doesn't scar after I use them. The size is perfect as it always covers any large spots. I wear mine at work and I don't think that they are that noticeable, they also stay on all day which is a huge bonus. They are 100% worth the money and I really recommend them!

After using the Mighty Patch Spot Patches (72 patches), I can confidently say that this larger pack is a must-have for anyone who deals with persistent or frequent breakouts. These patches are super thin and practically invisible, making them perfect for daytime use. I often wear them to work, and no one even notices. They also hold up well under makeup without peeling off or shifting, which is fantastic. The 72-patch pack offers much more value compared to the smaller pack, especially if you're treating multiple spots at once. I find the hydrocolloid material incredibly effective at speeding up the healing process by drawing out impurities, reducing redness, and flattening blemishes within a day. The larger quantity means I never have to worry about running out, and it’s great that they come in a slim, portable package. If you're someone who experiences frequent pimples or prefers to have a long-lasting supply of patches, this is the best option. The product works exactly the same as the 39-patch version but gives you way more patches for your money.

Very sticky, top quality. Highly effective. You can see them when worn, so just choose when you put them on. Only gripe is they’re only once size, so feels wasteful on smaller spots.

Sometimes work, Sometimes doesn't

Utilisé depuis 9 mois par mon ado, ce patch est vraiment efficace pour réduire les boutons d’acné dès leur apparition. Il permet clairement de diminuer le temps de traitement et évite aussi d’avoir envie de toucher ou gratter, ce qui est un vrai plus. Attention toutefois, ce n’est pas un produit miracle : une bonne hygiène de peau reste indispensable avec un nettoyage quotidien. Il faut également bien l’appliquer sur une peau propre et sèche, sinon l’efficacité est moindre. Les patchs sont petits et discrets, donc faciles à porter sans que ça se voie trop. Point très important pour nous : mon ado a une peau très sensible, et malgré cela, aucune réaction ni démangeaison à signaler. Très bon produit, je recommande sans hésiter.
