I got it for my mom. she likes it. but it seems to have a certain smell when they opened it from the bag.

Bought it for gifting it looks beautiful and costly.

The photos show a plane black bag, the product I was sent has random writing (supposedly brand name) on the front of it, which makes it look very tacky and cheap.

Color Mismatch (C-Beige option): In the listing photos, the geometric strap and the bag match nicely in a warm, matching beige/cream. In reality, the bag is a cooler, off-white shade while the strap has warm tan accents, making them look mismatched in person. Lack of Structure: The photos show a firm, structured bag that holds a clean boxy shape. However, the material is actually soft, so it does not look like the pictures unless completely filled.
