Works nice. Fits around the waist sorta low so at first it feels like underwear that are not on the the way. Gets completely comfortable after an hour or so.Don't use the metal ring and simply attach the straps to the chastity cage your wearing.

As opposed to other reviews saying its too small, for me its a little too big. I'm 5'9 and weigh about 115 pounds, and it doesn't stop the ring of cages from being "pushed off" if you get hard because of how much it stretches. Besides that it does work in preventing it from falling off completely and it also brings it back in place on its own, looks nice and it's easy to put on.

This is a must have for chastity cages. I don't us the ring it came with. I snap it to my cage and it holds it tight to my body.

I had got this for use with a metal cage. But I was surprised that my wife loved the look of it on me just by itself.***Update***The rivets ripped out of the elastic cloth. I only used it 3-4 times. The elastic is weak and won't hold up. The elastic was not even stretched much, so it doesn't take a lot for it to rip. It's a great little device/toy, but don't expect it to last long.

Works great at what it's made for. Comfortable and easy to use. I worry that the elastic is going to wear out quick but for the money it's worth it.
