If anyone else has difficulty digesting grains (as I do), you are probably already using grain alternatives like flaxseed meal. This is the best flaxseed meal I've ever used: consistently fresh, perfectly ground, and always delicious. Love the subscribe and save bulk price too! I store this in our chest freezer and enjoy having an ample supply for making low carb baked goods.

I've been eating milled flaxseed for many years and especially like Bob's Bed Mill's flaxseed meal. It's finely grounded and doesn't interfere the taste of other food. I add it to my oatmeal and while cooking dishes. I also toast it and save the golden powder in a jar so I can sprinkle it to whatever food I'm having. It's an essential part of our healthy diet and I'll keep on buying it.

I used to use whatever brand flaxseed meal was the least expensive. Then I discovered Bob's Red Mill and now there's no going back. The taste and quality of Bob's Red Mill compared to others is like night and day. It is a wonderful complement to a bowl of oatmeal as well as smoothies. I enjoy it so much that I signed up last year with Amazon Subscribe & Save for even greater savings. The taste and quality of every bag of Bob's Red Mill Organic Golden Flaxseed Meal has been consistently excellent. Ditto for their other products like oatmeal.

Been using this as a dietary additive, and sometime ingredient in gluten-free whole grain flower blends. I like the look of the ground golden flax seed, it is more attractive in baked goods than the regular flax seed. I don't think it is any better nutritionally speaking, and it probably doesn't taste any different either. I can't speak to how well it works as a dietary additive (using for the essential fatty acids Omega 3 and Omega 6?), but in 2 tablespoon servings I don't think it will hurt either. Item appears to be as described.

Buy cases and share out among the family. Tastes great. I put it in my oatmeal every morning along with frozen blueberries or Yupik date powder. My sister uses it in her baking. I also like it that Bob’s Red Mill is an employee owned company.

I’ve been eating this for years and really like it but I recently discovered it has a relatively high level of cadmium. So I cut back and may have to switch to another brand. You never know!

Healthy source of fiber. I buy the box and give away one bag, almost time to reorder.
