Conference Room PTZ Camera System with 20X Optical Zoom, AI Auto Tracking 1080P 60fps HDMI USB Webcam for Church Streaming Online Video Conference,Compatible with Zoom, OBS Easy Setup（1 pc

The camera overall has been good. The PTZ functionality is when recording video. The remote and Tongveo app allows for the camera PTZ functions to controlled fluidly. The camera's video displays in 4K with good detail and zoom capabilities. When connecting the camera with a Tongveo joystick, it enhances the camera functionality even more. The camera setup is mostly plug and play with the usb 3.0 cable provided. If you setup the camera by IP, it is straight forward once you download the Tongveo software. The device can be power by poe as well which is an add benefit as well when connecting it to a network. The camera is definitely worth it. I purchased a second because of how well the first camera performed.

I am extremely impressed with both the quality of TONGVEO's products and, more importantly, their exceptional customer service. From my initial inquiry, their support team responded promptly, communicated professionally, and demonstrated a genuine commitment to ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Rather than offering excuses, TONGVEO immediately stood behind their product and provided a customer-focused resolution that exceeded my expectations. Their responsiveness, transparency, and willingness to make things right reflect the type of integrity every company should strive to achieve. In today's marketplace, outstanding customer service is just as valuable as a quality product, and TONGVEO has certainly earned my confidence. I highly recommend TONGVEO to anyone looking for a company that values its customers and stands behind its products. Five stars without hesitation.

From grainy, pixelated video calls to crystal-clear, professional presentations, the TONGVEO Conference Room Camera System has transformed my meetings. This isn't just a camera; it's a communication revolution packed into a sleek, modern package. Sleek Design, Seamless Setup: First things first, this camera looks stunning. It's a far cry from the clunky eyesores often found in conference rooms. Its minimalist design blends seamlessly into any environment, adding a touch of sophistication without hogging the spotlight. Setting it up was a breeze – plug-and-play at its finest. No software headaches, no IT meltdowns, just instant video magic. Camera, Microphone, Speaker: A Performance Trio: The real star of the show, however, is the 20x zoom camera. It captures every detail with stunning clarity, making even the furthest participants feel like they're right there in the room. The 1080p resolution is sharp and vibrant, showcasing presentations, whiteboard scribbles, and even the occasional enthusiastic hand gesture with flawless precision. But the TONGVEO isn't just a one-trick pony. The built-in Bluetooth microphone and speaker deliver pristine audio that rivals dedicated conference call setups. Voices come through crisp and clear, free from the usual echoey chaos of conference rooms. Whether it's a brainstorming session or a client presentation, clear communication is guaranteed. Customer Service Champions: And if you ever encounter a bump in the road (because even tech magic isn't foolproof), TONGVEO's customer service is there to hold your hand. They're responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in your satisfaction. My initial setup had a minor hiccup, but their team was there in a flash, guiding me through the solution with patience and a smile (I swear, I could hear the smile in their emails!). The Bottom Line: If you're looking for a conference room camera system that elevates your meetings from amateur hour to polished professionalism, look no further than the TONGVEO. It's the perfect blend of sleek design, exceptional performance, and top-notch customer support. My colleagues, my clients, and even my sanity are thanking me for making the switch. Do yourself a favor and experience the magic of TONGVEO – your meetings will never be the same!

The camera itself is of great quality. The movement and installation of the mounting hardware was very simple. The problem came when it was time to connect the camera to the computer via the installer and controls. The link they give you for the download and installer is not a viable option and cannot be accessed in any form whether through phone, tablet, or computer. The website (Tongveo.com) shows that there is 24/7 support ready through both email and phone. The phone number does not work and the email support never gets a response. While it may seem like a good system for the money you will spend, the hassle you will go through is more than most would ever want to go through. I would suggest buying an OBSBOT Tail 2 or some other live streaming camera with better support options and easier use and installation. It is unfortunate to spend this money to have to turn around and return the camera. Lesson learned and will not purchase anything from this company again.

If you're looking for a beginner-friendly PTZ camera that doesn't burn a hole in your wallet, this is a good one to start with. The biggest benefit was how easy it was to set up and just plug-and-play on my Mac with OBS. The picture quality is pretty good and sharp, but if you're in an environment with dynamic light conditions, you may need to make manual adjustments or set up appropriate filters in your streaming software. I haven't tried it in a low-light environment yet, so it remains to be seen if the quality is consistent there. There's a bit of lag with responding to the remote control, but you get used to it after a while. Setting the presets was easy. I wish there was a better way to control the speed of the camera's movement, as the default speed is a bit fast and jerky for my liking, but I guess that's what a joystick controller is for. I'm also curious to see if it will work with the PTZ plugin in OBS, so I will update this as soon as I experiment with it.

I HAVE THESE IN A CHURCH I USE FOR LIVE STREAMING. THE PICTURE IS VERY CLEAR. THE QUALITY OF THE ZOOM AND THE OVERALL BUILD OF THE CAMERA IS FIVE STAR. THIS WORKS INDOORS AND OUTDOORS FOR ALL LIGHTING SITUATIONS ESPECIALLY LOW LIGHT. PLUG AND PLAY CONNECTION.

I purchased 4K Tongveo Camera for my podcast studio and they are absolutely awesome. The picture quality is very crisp and the software is easy to understand. The customer service is also really responsive, I had an issue with one of my camera and they took care of it in a timely manner. I will be purchasing an additional 4th Tongveo soon.

I was charged with obtaining a new camera to support my church's livestream. Prior to that task, I wasn't aware of PTZ cameras, but my research led me to this one as being an appropriate camera to meet our needs. I'm glad that I found Tongveo. It's a GREAT PTZ camera at an exceptional price and backed by world class technical support. The camera is placed at the back of the sanctuary which is about 60 feet from the pulpit. With a 20x zoom, it does an excellent job of zooming in on the speaker. As part of the service we like to zoom the entire sanctuary so that our livestream viewers can see everyone. By setting up 4 presets (back left, front left, front right, and back right) we can easily pan the entire congregation and return to the pulpit preset. While the presets are nice, the camera easily zooms to the unexpected scene that we want to present. We were able to easily incorporate the camera into our livestream capability. The camera needs to be placed behind the cameraperson since the remote only works when pointed to the front of the camera. This caused us to connect it with a 16' active USB cable. Upon connecting to the computer, it was quickly recognized by our OBS streaming software. We simply added it to one of our scenes and it was ready to go. After almost 2 months of use we started to experience the camera freezing during one Sunday service. Tongveo technical support suggested it was likely either the USB port, USB cable, or camera. I was expecting it to take a while to determine the problem with the likelihood of not having the camera available for the following Sunday service, but was pleasantly surprised to see Tongveo willing to send us a replacement camera in parallel with our testing the USB port and cable. The replacement camera arrived on Wednesday, which gave us plenty of time to be ready for the upcoming Sunday service. It turned out that the new camera solved the problem so that our livestream never missed a beat. Way to go Tongveo!!! I have no problem recommending that anyone needing a 20x PTZ camera consider this one.
