By Victoria Taylor Marvel Avengers Avengers Assemble! (DK Readers Level 3)

An excellent read with the boy

Great series and my son loves the characters. Really helps children's reading for ages 6-8. Some of the words are a little complex but helps assist in learning to read whilst enjoying the content.

DK Readers books are always good and this one was especially so. My six-year-old loved finding out about the Avengers. Bear in mind it's not a story, just character biographies but that was apparently what my son was looking for and he now wants to find out more about these superheroes. I learned some stuff too - I'd not heard of Ant Man before! I can't imagine my son bringing this home from school. The likes of Biff and Kipper are great, but it's nice to give the wee man something he's genuinely excited to read alongside it. Something tells me this won't be the last DK book we buy...

Brilliant content for my 7 year old super hero fan son as it has really encouraged him to read more.

My 6 year old is a good reader and loves Batman and the other superheroes. We have a number of the level 2 books but his reading is beyond that now and I wanted a new challenge for him. He has loved it and I would highly recommend it for superhero fans (especially those reluctant to read normally).

But my son loves Marvel and isn't the most enthusiastic reader so we were grateful for something to enthuse him! Language is too challenging for newly independent readers, vocab often very tricky but we read together so it's OK and he will come to it. He loves the detailed facts. Bought some level one Marvel ones too for my younger son which they are both enjoying.

Tells you the history of the avengers and a who's who great book

My son loved it, helped him with his reading skills too.

A great way to keep your child interested in reading.
