I usually get a kick from shopping. However, this box of Y cables just didn't make me feel that way. So I guess what I'm saying is. It's not her. It's me. But she's done nothing wrong, so I wish we could still be friends!

These do a good job if your requirement of minimal cable length in your rig. I can't review these as highly as others have as these seem just as basic as any other cables so I wouldn't necessarily avoid other brands just because these are made by noctua. Repeating useful advice on another review; if you have a 3 and 4 pin fan to attach to one of these, make sure the 4 pin fan is attached to the spilt with 4 pins, that'll send the right signals down the line and both fans will run as programmed.

Not sure why it's asking for noise level, it has no impact. It's easy to install and worth it if you want it. I'm sure there's cheaper ones elsewhere

Had originally bought these for a different PC build that had only a few fan headers on the motherboard. Anyways, that spiraled into an entirely new build...here's my thoughts and a comment from Noctua. These are great! I had two concerns at first but these ended up working well. They were used to clean up a few loose wires in my Meshify C case. My initial concerns: - they looked to be too short (that's on me) - more importantly...one connector is 3-pin while the other is 4-pin Regarding the length, that was my bad. I could've ordered longer cables to begin with but these ended up being the perfect length. About the 4 vs 3-pin issue. I was worried the 3-pin wouldn't be able to variably control my PWM fans, so I wrote Noctua. They explained "Please note that the cable works as described for two 4 pin PWM fans. That is due to the fact that motherboard can process only one rpm-signal per fan header. It would cause problems if the cable transmitted rpm-signals of both fans. For this reason, one of the two connectors does not have an rpm wire and only the fan on the other connector will transmit an rpm signal. Automatic speed control of both fans will work independently from the second fan’s rpm signal." So, these get a 5 star for doing exactly what they're supposed to AND for a quick reply from Noctua. You can see the cables in the lower right side of the picture -- just above the EVGA cable tie.

Die Kabel sind vielleicht nicht gerade günstig allerdings merkt man das die Qualität sehr hoch ist und die Einbau- Anleitungen von noctua sehr detailliert. Ich musste die Kabel leider wieder zrückschicken da der Lüfter den ich montieren wollte nicht passte dank Bedienungsanleitung konnte ich das allerdings sofort heruasfinden
