I absolutely love it!! I used to walk to my brother-inlaws house and it took me 2 hours. Now with the bike it took me 20 minutes. Even with a regular bike it would've taken me at least an hour and a half and I'd be all tired and sweaty, but not anymore. I'd absolutely recommend it for anyone thinking about it. Hope this helps.

I loved that I can control this bike because it fits my shorter size. Loved that I can touch the ground easily and feel safer when riding.

This is a beautiful bike. I had issues with the battery not holding the charge, but vendor replaced quickly. Unfortunately, this bike was not for me. I am a senior. The twist throttle is way too sensitive and I found it kind of dangerous specially when making a turn. I wound up returning the bike. However, I have to mention that the vendor was very helpful and professional.Although this bike was not for me, it might be good for someone younger annd stringer. I would not recommend it for seniors.

Being of short stature I was in the need of getting a smaller ebike. This is an effort in staying healthy.

Received the ebike today that we bought for my wife's mother. UPS delivered the box while I was away and the box had a hole in it. Upon opening the box we discovered that whatever caused the hole in the box also cause the front brake to crack apart. Why would any ebike manufacturer design a vital safety part to be made of cast alloy instead of forged steel? That is just very poor design. Very poor quality. I can see lawsuits coming their way in the future. I don't believe this company will be around for long because their quality is so poor and because their customer service is even worse. The user manual included with the bike has no phone number. I went to the Nakto website and found 3 different phone numbers there, but none of them worked during normal business hours. The first one consistently gave me "Call Failed". The 2nd number always gave me busy signal. The 3rd number just rang for 10 times then went silent. This bike is going back to Amazon. Even if they would ship me a replacement brake I would want my mother-in-law to use this cheap product. It is a safety hazard to her and those around her.

You can not turn off the peddle assist. It's a little awkward as sometimes you don't need the assist feature but it kicks in anyway. For example: peddling through a busy street, sometimes the motor kicks on and starts to propel you when you won't want it to! My wife has the other "black Nakto" bike and it does have the ability to turn off peddle assist.The description is not that great..."2 WORKING MODES- Breeze around without the need to pedal at all when using the throttle function or, if you fancy pedaling, kick in one of different levels of pedal assist to help you get where you're going without breaking a sweat."The throttle feature works fine but some people might actually want to peddle a little unassisted.
