Easy installation! From mounting the front to the rear camera! They give you more than enough length to run the wires wherever you want to go! Picture quality is awesome! The app works great! GPS is very accurate. This is a great value for the money! Only had one mishap with the sim card but it is TOASTY here in AZ. Will be unplugging the unit while parked.

This is a great camera and the video/audio is excellent. Very easy setup, no issues with the windshield mounting system, which includes a 3m double sticky if you need it. The suction cup alone has held up so far. The SD card was already formatted for use. But, I almost gave it 4 stars, after the first unit stopped working 4 months in. However after some brief discussion with their customer service team, they agreed to replace it at no charge, well after Amazon's return policy. No coercing or pressure was needed, something very rare these days. The replacement works just fine, and in my mind when you have a company offering that level of service, that deserves 5 stars all day long. I highly recommend!

Purchased with the hardwire kit and CPL lens filter. Watched multiple YouTube videos on the install. Watch the bad ones as well just to get an idea of how NOT to do the install. After preparing myself, tackled the install over the weekend. Easiest part was installing the back camera. My Hyundai Santa FE SEL has a hatchback, and for most that was their hardest part. I guess the videos helped me prepare. The rear camera was installed in less than an hour. Plenty of cable, routed along the top down the passenger side. The harder part was finding the right place to plug the hardware kit for power. Key points (1) install the ground wire first, (2) install the battery wire on a fuse (or empty) spot that is always on, the battery voltage will read on the display box on the adapter, (3) install the other on another fuse preferably for ACC (needs to be OFF when car is off and ON when the car is on), when you get this one attached start the car and verify the box display changes to say ACC on the display instead of the battery voltage. Then route the power wires to the camera and the rear camera connections to the dashcam. The video is great when playing from a computer. 4K all around and the player you get from the website even has a ZOOM feature. I started using the 12-hour time-laps recordings, this takes up a lot of memory on the card so you only get about 2 days for the 128G card they supply. I've switched to just using the G-sensors now to turn on when it detects motion (jarring), and record as I am driving. Overall happy with my purchase, there are a few things I wish it had: (1) ability to adjust the delay between frames for the time-lapse feature would make it better at not using a lot of memory, (2) my model seems to record the front and rear with slightly different numbers at the end and the player doesn't know how to sync up the timestamps in the video when playing back (for the time being I can rename the rear to end in the same numbers as the front to fix), and (3) the manuals are very light on content only explains the features by name but doesn't go into detail what they mean... example they talk about the G-sensor with settings for Off/Low/Medium/High but don't describe which is more sensitive... in some languages Low translates to higher sensitivity to movement. Also the instructions on the video player for the computer is very light in content even the phone app has huge untapped potential. With it you can see real-time your path on a map and the video sent to your phone while driving. Could be expanded to supply directions. Great product overall... may update later with more details as I try and research all the features. Even better support! Their people are on top and respond quickly to try and answer your questions. If I wasn't such a computer geek I'd probably have a lot more questions.

I have purchased 4 of these over the years to equip all my vehicles. Cord length is great unless your plug in is in the center of your vehicle (like mine) then it can get a tad tricky but absolutely still doable. I like the voice control features and ease of use. Screen quality is great and connecting the cam to WiFi is simple. The duel camera was just a plus! Would recommend and will re purchase in future!

I had never used a dash cam before, so I was a little unsure of the setup process. However, this unit was very simple. Don't over think it. It's a great unit for the price. Lots of features and with a 4k front camera and 1080p rear, you don't miss a thing.

We got two of these, one for each car, and so far so good. The setup is was relatively easy. I say "relatively" because I'm handy. If you're not comfortable squeezing wires into car panels to hide them then this might be 3 or 4 stars for you. Also, anticipating that I might need more clips to secure the wires where they didn't fit behind the panels, I bought some more on Amazon (search for "100 Pcs Cable Clips, Adhesive Cable Organizer Cord Holder Wire Clip Wire Management Self Adhesive Hooks Wire Holder") The setup of the camera/control panel is also relatively straightforward, again only if you're comfortable doing such things. I've been using it for about a month in both cars and tested downloading some videos so I'd be ready in case I needed to. Thankfully, so far no need (no accidents) and hopefully never. But I do feel good knowing that there will be a record if something happens and it won't be "he said, she said". We live in a litigious society, unfortunately, and this is protection (I'm thinking of you, Morgan & Morgan).

I've had this dash cam in my 2010 Honda Accord Coupe for over a year. It was easy to install as I ran the wires through my car. If I had the chance again I would definitely hard wire it. The reliability was great and the views were excellent. Call me lucky but, Ive never had a problem with this dash cam. While alot of views are saying it overheats and doesn't work well in high temps I haven't had any issues at all. It stayed in my car year round and I live on the east coast so, that's high heat in the summer and cold temps in winter. I will be buying the newer model because I recently sold my Honda and bought a new vehicle while taking my dash cam out the adhesive on the rear cam came completely off. I am aware that I can just buy the double sided adhesive but, hell I'm gonna treat myself to a whole new system and this time I'm going to have it hard wired. I'll keep ya'll posted on the newest model. I'm praying that it's as successful as this one.

The good... Images are crystal clear on both the front and rear camera. Downloads to your phone are fast. The not so good... Not all voice commands work as advertised. By default, the dash cam starts up with the screen on. The manual states you can turn the screen off with a voice command, mine has never worked like that. It saves (locks) videos, takes pictures, etc., but it will not turn the screen off with a voice command. I get periodic errors dealing with the SD card stating there's a slowdown. This is a high quality Sans Disk purchased specifically for this application. Not sure if this is a card or camera issue. The downright irritating... Connecting to the "WiFi" to download images/videos is a royal pain in the backside. I would prefer a method that doesn't disconnect my existing connections on my mobile device. I connect to a VPN and connecting to the dash cam's WiFi disconnects the VPN and has to be manually turned back on after the downloads are complete and you disconnect from the WiFi. All in all, a decent setup, but there's a little bit of regret on choosing this brand.

This is a very high-quality product that comes at a very competitive price. First off, the product is presented in very high-quality packaging, showing that you have bought a great product before you even open it. In terms of installation, there is plenty of cable to ensure that the vast majority of it is hidden. The mini crowbar tool is ideal for positioning the cabling in hidden seals, etc. The actual front 4K camera is smaller than I expected, based on the images. However, after installation, this is actually a positive as it makes the product less obtrusive and/or obstructive in your sight-lines when driving. Voice control is basic (Siri, it is not), but it does what you need it to do without taking your hands off the steering wheel. Settings are pretty self-explanatory and intuitive - like any other electronic device of this kind. The rear camera is equally easy to install and is very adjustable in terms of the final view you want to record. For example, it can be adjusted to see further away from the car, or alternatively, to be closer and literally able to include your rear bumper in the recorded view. In settings, there is a "flip image" function, which you may wish to use, as the views you get can be confusing - albeit fully recorded, but you appear to be driving 'on the wrong side of the road'. The 128GB card is ideal, and it seems to record consistently when I have the camera turned on. At this stage, I haven't downloaded any footage to my phone - but when I do, I will update this review. I leave my camera plugged into the 12V auxiliary power outlet/accessory socket in the boot. However, I turn the Dashcam off at night when I am parked at home. This is easily done by pressing and holding the power button to turn off. A single touch will power the Dashcam back on. I spend some time looking for the best Dashcam for functionality, ease of installation, high-quality product, and at a good price. This REDTIGER product meets all my criteria and some. If you are not looking for a budget product and are willing to spend a little bit more to ensure a top end product, then I would highly recommend this Dashcam.

Ho acquistato questo prodotto, usufruendo di un piccolo coupon che mi ha consentito uno sconto del 20%. Il marchio lo conoscevo già , avendo acquistato qualche anno fa un’altra dash cam. Sul marchi ero già tranquillo e non ho avuto dubbi, tra i mila marchi che si propongono sullo store Amazon. Il prodotto è ben realizzato, ha un bel design, robusto e soprattutto la qualità è salita, passando da un sensore d’immagine 4K a uno Starvis 2 della Sony. E considerando che questo prodotto ha due funzionalità per cui mi è utile, identificare eventuali danneggiamenti del veicolo, registrare video di alta qualità in caso di incidente stradale. A cosa mi servirebbe risparmiare 50-100 euro e poi ritrovarmi in caso di necessità, con immagini e video scadenti che non mi consentono di identificare e far valere le mie richieste di risarcimento? Quindi un prodotto come questo è per me enormemente utile e deve essere perfettamente funzionale per svolgere al meglio la sua funzione. Nessun risparmio per un prodotto di questa importanza. La prima impostazione si fa in pochi attimi. Le personalizzazioni sono tante e consentono un uso adeguato alle mie esigenze. Per chi non lo sapesse, la presenza del GPS è necessaria ed essenziale per molteplici motivi. In primis perché il gps consente al dispositivo di avere sempre data e ora corretti, e questi dati vengono stampigliati sui video, quindi valenza legale aumentata. Inoltre registrano dati importanti sui video, come posizione e velocità. Ho testato diversi di questi articoli e posso confermare che i prodotti senza gps, diverse volte, perdendo data e ora andavano in loop a sovrascrivere sempre lo stesso file con stessa data, e in sostanza non mi lasciavano nessuno storico delle registrazioni. Mentre con questo ho sempre alcuni giorni di registrazioni, e nel caso mi accorga di qualcosa che magari è successo qualche giorno prima, posso sempre ricontrollare le registrazioni precedenti. Soprattutto sono rimasto molto soddisfatto dell’assistenza clienti che ad una mia richiesta di supporto, ha risposto celermente aiutandomi al meglio, aspetto che personalmente ritengo molto importante. Marchio e prodotto che mi hanno soddisfatto e che ricomprerò sicuramente Appena avrò un po’ di tempo cercherò di caricare anche un video in movimento, comunque la qualità video è indiscussa Grazie allo Starvis 2 Sony Trovare un punto di installazione dove la telecamera resti un po’ più in ombra, soprattutto d’estate, aiuta il prodotto a lavorare meglio e vivere più a lungo. Io l’ho preso anche per un furgone e l’ho installato all’interno della cabina, così consente una visione quasi totale del veicolo.

This is my third dash cam, and the RED TIGER dash cam has been one of the best experiences so far. For the price, the overall quality is surprisingly good. The 4K front camera delivers clear, detailed footage, and the touch screen is responsive and easy to navigate. Setup was straightforward — it just takes a bit of patience to route the cables properly. Once everything is in place, it works smoothly. I also appreciate that it came with a memory card included, which is a nice bonus and saves you the extra purchase. Overall, this dash cam offers strong performance and great value. I purchased one of these after reading the feedback here on Amazon, then afterwards read the feedback on Google Play store when downloading it's app and started to panic as it's far from good, so when I did install it and it wouldn't connect to the app I wasn't surprised... What did surprise me is that it didn't like my VPN so once I temporarily paused it, BANG! It connected automatically in about 2 seconds and began to update a couple of videos I'd already inadvertently recorded, so I connected the rear camera and went for a test drive and I can confirm it works perfectly, the app really does get a bad rap, but once I turned my VPN off I can't fault it, it does everything it should do as it should do it, all aspects work exactly as they should, the picture is extremely clear in 4K while only using a tidy 160mb/min of space per channel (front and rear) I'm loving this dashcam and would definitely recommend it to others, make sure your VPN is paused while using the app and it's a breeze, it's well made and looks good too, certainly worth the money, I'll update this review if needed but I've a feeling it's going to be smooth sailing from here, thanks very much for a well made product thats got a descent app behind it, as a piece of hardware is only as good as the software that runs it, and if that software has bugs? The hardware is compromised, for me anyway it's working perfectly.
