Its a washer and does what a washer should. So far no rust. Can't want much more than that.

The item is described with:Fastener size 5/16 x 1 1/4 in.Item thickness 0.13 InchesI measured: 0.355 x 1.248 x 0.053 in. (9.04 x 31.7 x 1.35 mm)I understand that the inner diameter spec is more about what shaft it can go on, so if it's a little bigger it's ok.But less than half of stated thickness ?2 stars because it is still usable - I'm doubling them up when I care for the thickness. And I end up having half as many washers as I thought I bought :(
