How to use the green part of the item?

Hello, unfortunately my pocket is behind the very last tooth, top teeth, left side, and I couldn't see properly in order to reach it. I feel the most items are useless as well. I only use the blue tiny top. But I have to say the deep clean top is so good, it worth it even that's the only part I used

Is the tip made of pliable rubber? I'm looking for something better than the metal syringe (non-pointy) I use now as its been making my tonsils bleed.

I would characterize the tip as a rigid plastic with limited pliability. It's soft enough not to make my gums bleed with accidental contact, but I personally would not it to come in direct contact with tender tissue such as tonsils. If you plan on using it to remove tonsil stones, I would check with dentist as to the advisability of that.
