I received my lady bugs quickly. There were plenty of lady bugs, but most did not survive through to the morning. The mealy worms on my bougenvellia plants should have made a good meal for the lady bugs, and did for some. I prefer to use the lady bugs even over using natural bug sprays. Let nature take care of the issues naturally. I had used this method before a couple years back, but for some reason this year the mealy bugs are large and wouldn't even die with regular rubbing alcohol and neem oil, so I ordered an over abundance of lady bugs.I would definitely order from this company again. They are quick to respond when messaging for questions and/or for a replacement of bugs if needed.

The bugs came in a good time and I had to put them in the refrigerator for about 3 days when I took them out to let them go in the wild on my garden I thought they were dead but NO they were alive and I was happy and I let them go and is been about 2 weeks and I still find some in my garden. I am very impressed and happy with the product I will buy it again on a heart bit, and I will whenever I need to again

Fantastic! Hungry little devils. Put them in at the base of my rhododendrons to attack spider mites. They went right to work. I don't think I saw a dead one in the bunch I ordered 3,000. All seem to be moving and a beautiful little booklet on using insects instead of pesticides. This company is excellent! I will buy from them again.

Things turned out great. Had some dead bugs in the first delivery, but sellers were very accommodating and replaced them immediately.Releasing the ladybugs is a Great family activity with the little kids

We get aphids bad. I noticed an outbreak in the front yard in several places and ordered 2 packages of these hungry red hippos and placed them in the areas where I noticed the aphids. Prior to releasing them, I lightly watered the area - recommended to keep them from flying off looking for water. By morning the aphids were gone. Everyone is always concerned about them flying away but they will stay if you place them where you have an infestation. They will mate, have babies and maybe won't stick around if you don't have food anymore but will go where there is another infestation and will help the neighborhood! Package arrived safely - all were alive and ready to mange!

The ladybugs arrived very quickly. I released the. As soon as the box arrived. Unfortunately, about 1/3 of each package were dead but I'm hopeful these little loves take care of the black aphids on my cherry bush.

I purchased this product to use in my garden, especially around my strawberries since I had small bugs that were eating my fruit. If the ladybugs killed any bugs, I didn’t see it. I ordered a double batch which was 3000 ladybugs and there was a guarantee that they would all arrive alive. They were all not alive and I would say in one bag which was supposed to contain 1500 live ladybugs a quarter of them were alive. In the other bag, which also was supposed to contain 1500 live ladybugs may be half were alive. I even had to post a person contact me when they arrived at the post office and she was going to deliver them to me. I was very unhappy with this product and I didn’t get anywhere with getting any kind of refund or replacement. As of now I do not see any living ladybugs anywhere. I will never buy them again and I don’t recommend them to anybody else.

I purchased for aphid control on my pepper plants. Arrived on time. Only a few didn't make the journey. Most were alive and happy to go to work. Really awesome to see disbursement of 3,000 Lady Bugs.
