I wear diapers mostly at night. Over the years I developed a fondness for the crinkly sound plastic pants make, so the extremely loud crinkle these pants have doesn't bother me. But when I say extreme, the crinkle is extreme like a thick trash bag. It's impossible to wear these without anyone hearing you unless you just don't care. I got the XL size since most of these kind of brands run small. I'm 5'7", roughly 185 lbs, 36-38" waist. Love: *Forward facing leg holes *Elastics are not too tight. *Good strength material *Elastics don't scratch my legs, since I don't move around much at night. *Price - 10 of these for the price is great for cheap plastic pants Cons: *Would these be the kind I ever wear anywhere out in town or on an airplane? ABSOLUTELY NOT HAHAHA! Waaaaay too loud. *Like a lot of plastic pants, these do not have a high waist so in order for the leg holes to cover 1/2" below the diaper on my legs, the waist ends up sitting halfway down the diaper landing zone and doesn't cover the top.

Sorry, but these incontinence underpants are terrible! Noisy, stiff, itchy, sharp, and very irritating around leg openings, and waistband, causing welts and rash...Though do the job retaining leakage from diaper and insert pads, not worth the modest cost...Get what you pay for, of course!

This are great to keep dry. but the noise they make omg lol.. I'm at home so I don't care, woke up my wife when slowly getting in bed. I turned them inside out to keep from scratching my legs. For the money it's a hit

Perfect cheap, disposable, plastic diaper covers! These make a very loud crinkling sound with even the slightest movement, ( that's what I want ). I love the shade of pink these are available in, and the pink ones are just a little more crinkly than the clear ones 👍👍👍 Great value for the price, and I have a large supply of these, and will always keep them in stock. I bought the pink ones a few months ago, and am still using the first three I opened, and I wear them almost every day. they're very durable, the elastic around the legs is a little pinchy until you hand wash them, then they're a lot more comfortable. I really like these.

These waterproof plastic pants are made of thin hard plastic that is very noisy when you walk -- advertising that you are wearing incontinence clothing. I have used them several nights and they appear to keep my bedding dry, but they are very scratchy and uncomfortable to wear. They are stiff and you can barely tell which is the waist or leg opening. I have marked the front with black marker just so I know they are on correctly. You get what you pay for.

The material is reasonably strong, not sweaty and definitely noisy. The size large I ordered are huge and I'm wishing I'd gone with mediums. On a positive note, They will definitely accommodate a large, bulky undergarment or pullup incontinence pad for those who need them. I was thinking of returning them for a smaller size but decided to donate them to my local VA Hospital for those that could use a second layer of protection but may not be able to afford them even in this "Booming Economy." /sarcasm

Scratchy elastic. Loud crinkle plastic. Skin had a rash where it touched in only an hour or so. Sizing seemed to be correct and individually wrapped. Leak resistant but not leakproof. Great cheap disposable diaper cover if noise of the plastic and rashes are not an issue.

Day four and so far, so good. No overnight leaking! They are a bit noisy/rustling but for nighttime it’s just fine. I can put up with some noise instead of washing moms sheets everyday. Plus they wash up really well. Air dried one and threw another in the dryer just to see the difference. There was none. Washed them both in hot water also. So for now, I’m giving them 4 stars. Gonna try them for a few more weeks and hopefully can come back and give 5 stars. *** I’m giving these briefs a five star. After using them for weeks I am well pleased! Hasn’t had an overnight leak since she started wearing them and the cost is great. I have purchased in the past briefs that were $20+ EACH and they did not hold up well in washer and dryer. These are still in perfect shape. (I have only used 2 briefs out of the pack so far. Washing and drying them daily) Finally…something I can rely on.

Very good product help to keep my diaper in place and not fall down as age has cause me to have incontinence issues. Only draw back is they are very loud and can be heard when out of the house. Overall a good purchase for the amount of plastic pants for a good price point. Thank you

very good value. i’ve bought similar less pliable ones before but the plastic is now softer and I think, less noisy. I would not hesitate to reorder. ideally í would like them to have a designated front and back. rather than one side fits all so to speak. anyway, a great purchase.
