I’ve been taking NatureWise Fish Oil for a while now, and I genuinely feel it has helped with my joint discomfort and overall inflammation. I have autoimmune-related joint pain and frequent back pain, and since taking this supplement, I’ve noticed my joints feel less achy and stiff. Occasionally I get a mild lemony burp, but it’s not unpleasant and is far better than a fishy aftertaste. Overall, I’m very happy with this product and plan to continue purchasing it. First time buying fish oil on Amazon. I’ve been dealing with some autoimmune flares. Hooray to getting older. Anyways, after researching, it is known that omega 3 fatty fishes are your best bet when it comes to decreasing inflammation. I bought this as more of a fail safe in times when I either don’t or didn’t meet my weekly intake through meals, I can toss one of these bad boy back. Packaging was great, everything was sealed appropriately with opening the lid and even after when you have to remove the seal under the lid. There wasn’t any smell which is nice but I still placed it in the fridge as prevention. I’ve taken it on a full stomach more than once which apparently my husband says is a bad idea because of fish burps but yea, that didn’t happen and I haven’t fact checked him on that which I don’t really care to do so since I haven’t had that issue. Also, with keeping it refrigerated, I feel like it makes the pill even smoother to swallow. There’s no aftertaste either. Will buy again.

I prefer these natural ingredients over the supplements I had purchased at the grocery store. They are large, but because they are gel pills I can swallow them. If you have trouble with large pills these might not be for you.
