It is so cute ! I love the color of the container. Super sturdy .I don’t have to worry about dropping and break it . I don’t have problem with the thread breaking . Used for 4 days , no breaking at all. Highly recommended this !

This charcoal dental floss is the best I’ve ever used. It’s vegan, comes in a sturdy metal case, and works incredibly well. Yes, the price is a bit on the high side, but the case makes it worth it. It’s compact, easy to carry anywhere, and unlike glass containers I’ve used before (which have broken more than once), this metal case is durable and reliable. The floss itself has the perfect texture to clean my teeth efficiently, far better than any other floss I’ve tried. I don’t use any other now – this is my go-to dental floss.

I've been trying to cut down on my plastic usage, so I was excited to find this floss. It doesn't shred, the cutter works well, and although it doesn't taste super minty, that's fine for me. I did run into an issue that other reviewers have too, which was being unable to open the canister when it was time to refill the floss. However, when I contacted the company and couldn't get their troubleshooting steps to work, they immediately sent me a brand-new canister with a spare floss included, even though it was well past my return window. The new canister opens easily. Very pleased with both the product and the customer service!
