Useful Strap to Perform my Physical Therapy Leg exercises
Reasonably priced Stretching Strap. Helps stabilize the leg extension exercises given by my physical therapist. Strong strap, good quality, should last for a long time.

Excellent PT Assist
This yoga strap is a surprise. It is a low cost yet sturdy and functional for PT exercises after knee replacement surgery. PT staff suggested using a belt for use in attaining more ROM during recovery. Your hands do not have a secure place to grip and pull with the belt. This strap has various loops to secure feet and for your hand to grip and pull to attain more flexibility.

Great stretching strap, great price
I uses this (or a very similar one) at my physical therapistโs office and loved the way it worked, so naturally I got on Amazon to find one. This is high quality and a great price. It has loops all along it. It is not stretchy; I have many stretchy bands and tubes for other uses, but this doesnโt stretch, which is what I need to stretch my quads and hamstrings. Itโs a great length and very easy to use. Iโm sure it has many more uses, I just need to get online and look for some other helpful ways to use it. I highly recommend this stretching strap.

Great for Physical Therapy
Used this in physical therapy sessions and wanted one for home use. I love the loops having a hold on my foot so it doesn't slip off. The price is fabulous, and I am impressed with the durability. One draw back that really can't be helped. I wish there was a loop in the center rather than the product tag sitting in the middle. The way it is set up, if you hold it with two hands on each end with a foot in a loop closest to the center, the ends will not be even. I am 5'5" and the strap works great for what I need it for as I just put one hand in the next loop down to hold it and that evens the ends up nicely.

Great For Physical Therapy
I was going to PT for a knee replacement and they had these straps. The straps are used in such a way that I put it around my heel and pull the other end with my hand to raise and lower my leg. Itโs also used to help straighten the knee and flex the knee. Can be used for a variety of exercises. Inexpensive too

Just what the therapist ordered!
I ordered mine during Cardio Therapy because it was one of the least expensive exercise items I was using there, and it helped so much in getting my legs stretched enough after a lack of interest in moving. It is easy to hold on to for any leg/arm length. I got the green because it matched what was in Therapy - plus being least expensive. I don't believe they ever wear out! Mine has been used for two months and still looks new. Very well sewn.

This will help with flexability
If you need to do some stretching and you need some assistance this is the item you need to get. I had to take some PT at a local hospital recently and guess what they used? That's right, expensive equipment and highly trained people to get that stretch in for me. I was given a sheet with exercises I could do at home to keep the goodness going and I said, sure wish I had something that would aid me in doing these stretches. "You mean something like this?" They pulled one of these stretching straps out and showed me how to use it. Man, it works good and it is not in the expensive equipment category. I use it on the regular and am glad I have it. Side note: IF you have pains in your back or legs or wherever and have NEVER done physical therapy, DO IT! It saved me from a lot of pain. But for the PT I would have never known about one of these doodads and how it can help stretch you out. Since I've gotten a bit more flexible, my pains have subsided, not gone but improving. Get on it people! You deserve to feel better and this will be part of that equaision. If you're not able to afford PT, look some stuff up on the TUBE. The videos are out there a plenty and you may have to weed through some to find what fits your needs but they are out there and most of them work well. I'll probably not be allowed to encourage folks to get some PT but I hadn't done it ever and wonder why not.

Not at all like the marketing images
Not at all like the marketing images, a very narrow strap, very hard u friendly material, dirt cheap to produce. I would advise you to look for an alternative.
