I received this product at the end of January and rather stupidly wrote a good review as it was so comfortable. However only three weeks later it is in a black sack in the spare room. I am so disappointed as the whole topper has feathers sticking out and is unuseable and awful to sleep on. The advert says no feathers escape which is absolutely untrue. The amount of feathers escaping makes it impossible to use. Complete waste of money. Also I have written to the company who have not bothered to rely.

Its is very comfortable and warm, however, i did have to return as feathers sticking out were scratchy and unbearable.

Size to fit the pull down bed is exactly right, fluffs up OK, but does not hold the depth of comfort.

I was a bit dubious after reading a review saying that their feather topper smelt quite strongly so I was very relieved when it arrived and had no odour at all ! Extremely good fit and the elastic restraints on the corners attach it firmly to the mattress . So very comfortable and I am thrilled to bits with it ! Now after two weeks of comfort the feathers have started working through the topper and the thick quilted mattress cover I have over it . I am spending my nights pulling through the feathers as they are very sharp and uncomfortable.

This looked good quality and well made, but it has a most offensive smell, which I can't get rid of. I've tried hanging it outside to air on many occasions, but the smell is still detectable. I bought this for a sofa bed in my guest room and still get embarrassed about the odour coming from the mattress. Each time use it, I sprinkle some aromatherapy oil on it to mask the smell.Viceroybedding's postage is also very high. Having bought many items, at the same time as this item, individual charges were put against all items, even the pillowcases in the parcel. The total postage was an extortionate £28! I complained to the company, but they advised that as the items were cheaper than I would have paid in the high street they added these postage charges to maintain their costs.I cannot recommend this company for their mattress cover, or feathered quilts. Their bedding is very good and I would recommend these.

very comfortable for the first few days and then feathers started to stick through. Only help from supplier was that this problem had been reported before and I should buy a quilted mattress cover to go on top of this one. Extra cost to me. I could have returned it but that would cost as well as they wanted me to pay. insure and track the delivery. Still more cost. I opted in the end to buy an extra cover from my local cheaper store. Looks good though.

It's beautiful, but unfortunately l had to return it coz it did not agree with my daughter's skin. A bit itchy
