Not quite as pictured.
Does work but the image is a bit misleading. Thread ends in a wide taper at the head. The hole will need to be slightly counter sunk for it to fit without cracking. I managed to get it to work but I wouldn't use it on anything load bearing as there's no space to countersink the hole.
