This is great for taking anywhere when travelling

This neat and compact zipped case holds everything you would need for hand sewing. I do a lot of sewing so already possess all of these items but it is so useful to have them all in one place. I couldn’t be more pleased with this sewing case and can’t quite get over what fantastic value for money this is. I’m sure it would make a very useful gift for anyone.

I should have looked closer before buying it. Didn't notice there was no pin cushion in this set whereas the other set that costs more does. Then when I started sewing, I realised not having a pin cushion was a bit of a minor annoyance that's hard to ignore. Just make sure you're happy with no pin cushion in this set before buying it. On hindsight I would have bought the other set that costs more but had a pin cushion. I already have a standalone pin cushion but it is too large to fit in this set case. Wish I bought the other set, then it fits its own pin cushion perfectly then I can carry everything in its case, not have to carry a separate pin cushion like I do now, which means the pin cushion can get lost not being enclosed in this case. Also the plastic circle at the back of the needles holder has broken off. Very poor quality.

I absolutely love this sewing kit. I got this mostly for fixing small tears or rips, and sewing on buttons. I love that it has everything you could possibly need in one place, and you can easily keep everything together in this handy little zippered bag. Finally I can stop worrying about losing things.Also love all the different colors it comes with, and it is easy to take along with you, to the office or to travel.All items appear to be sturdy, and made of good quality. I will definitely be using this a lot and it will be so handy to have.There are also 30 needles in different thicknesses, so you should definitely find a matching one for whatever you're needing it for.About my only gripe is that there isn't a lot of thread on the spools, I wish there was a little bit more.Otherwise I highly recommend this, it is perfect, and the price point matches. Great for beginners, or more advanced.
