LUGGEX 24 Inch Luggage with Aluminum Frame, 61L Polycarbonate Zipperless Checked Medium Luggage, Black Hard Shell Suitcase 4 Metal Corner

I took this suitcase on several trips now and it proved itself to be much better than other products I tried in the past. For starters, there are not too many zipless options at this price point and size. The lock technology is reliable — I had a suitcase with different lock mechanism, which stopped latching after a while. I don’t think it’s going to be a problem with these locks at any time. The interior setup is pretty standard and quite roomy. When the bag is fully packed it usually weighs well under 40lbs. The wheels and handlebar are fine and work as expected. I am usually able to roll two of these with one hand with little effort. All in all — excellent product that is reliable and does what it’s intended to do without breaking.

*Update* The company replaced the suitcase with a new one after the wheels broke, since then I have made six flights a month and have had no issues with the new suitcase. Besides the normal wear mainly on the locks, it has held up very well to the abuse. I would recommend this luggage for frequent travelers. **Loved the design and the look. Unfortunately it only lasted 3 trips before the wheel broke off. Walmart brand luggage is more durable.

I use both the 24 and 28 inch version of these suitcases for hauling around a 60lb set of steel armor. These cases have been all over the US and overseas, I've rolled them as much as 2 miles per-day, and they've just been outstanding for the cost. Yes they're pricy, but you get what you pay for. I went through several different hard cases over the recent years until I found LUGGEX, and theses cases really stand the abuse given by not only me but the airport.

Tore a wheel off in the first 9 months which I've never had happen in about 500 flights, but ok... let's go get a spare wheel. Not so much.Can't get hold of support, can't get spare parts... so... $250 paperweight?

All the things I was looking for in a suitcase. Size was perfect able to store a lot. Both sides have the zip ups which help in organization. Looks great and lightweight.

I believe it is overpriced!

I absolutely love the no zipper frame & buckle closure. This became my go-to suitcase for week long business trips that did not require flying. It easily fit everything I needed and more with the simplicity of the hinged buckle closure. I raved about it to everyone thinking I had finally found the perfect suitcase. Then, I flew with it and had to check it a few times. The second time I checked it, one of the aluminum corner caps came back to me missing a rivet. When I tried to fix it myself, I discovered when the rivet was torn from the bag, it left a dime-sized hole in the body of the suitcase. As I continue to try to find a way to fix it, I now know it cannot check it again or risk it being damaged further. The corner pieces may provide protection, but seem to be poorly designed aesthetic pieces that only lead to damage since the edges do not lay quite flush. The inside zipper compartments on both sides are great. I only recommend this bag in carry-on size or for non-air travel in larger sizes.
